I feel like this location has a very, very good days and then very very bad days. Yesterday I got a Venti caramel Frappuccino extra caramel drizzle one extra shot no whip and it was absolutely perfect. Today. I ordered the exact same thing and it taste like burnt coffee it has whipped cream and Even though I paid for a Venti, the whipped cream which I didn’t order doesn’t even come up to the top of the cup. See picture for reference please do better. You’re charging almost 9 dollars per drink. They need to be impeccable.

If you’re not liked by the staff they will make you wait 20 minutes for your coffee in the drive through and smile about it. Didn’t know I was standing in the lobby waiting for my coffee and watched yall laugh about making me wait while my coffee just sat in the drive through!! Nice

This place is not like other Starbucks. I have to go to Cleburne to get my daily coffee because this place has the rudest drive thru service. The big girl at the window needs to find a job she likes because she sucks at this one. Very rude. Karma! But it’s worth it because the Cleburne Starbucks drive thru is the best! The price is lower too! Great people at the Cleburne Starbucks!

Every time I have to stop here the staff is so rude and miserable. I get it everyone is in a rush. But when you hand my my drink and try to shut the window while I’m still talking bc you didn’t give me all my order., but tried to send me off: And you have the audacity to roll your eyes and tell me I had to wait bc my order wasn’t ready and next time if I don’t want to wait , I should wait til my online order tells me my order is ready. I didn’t have a problem waiting 2 min . I had a problem with your abrupt rude customer service. Have the day you deserve. I’ll wait til I get to Midlo for my coffee

This one lady gave me attitude for giving me the wrong drink. I asked for a Frappuccino she gave me a completely different drink and proceeded to give me attitude about it. She eventually made me the right drink since I didn’t want to move in the drive thru line
