I go to this Starbucks pretty often as it’s on my way to work, and every interaction I’ve had with the crew there has been absolutely pleasant. My drink always tastes great (and is always what I ordered), the wait is never extreme which I appreciate, and the staff are always friendly and kind even when it’s super busy. I use the drive thru frequently but have also stopped inside the store which is always clean. I love this Starbucks! Thank you to everyone who works there...
I went through the drive thru and ordered my favorite the double chocolate chip frappuccino that I have ordered since I was a child. They are really efficient over there. I've never had to wait in a drive thru line less than 4 minutes. It was ready very quickly and done correctly I was very pleased with this location.
I ran in today to grab a coffee and a Christmas gift and I received the best customer service from Mason and Nate!!! As a corporate manager myself and love thanking and giving appreciation to staff that go above and beyond like these 2 guys!!! Way to go Alvarado Starbucks!! Love the energy
