By 9:30 they don’t want take phone order. By the time I got there at 9:45 most of the good meat was gone. I was told “we normally already have most of the food put up by now but since you were coming we left some out” and then was told they normally have everything cleaned so they can be out by 10. It was an inconvenience that I was there taking up their time apparently. Never will I eat there and I’ll never recommend them either.

This place refused to participate in the Subway special that they were giving to Veterans on veterans Day. which implies to me that they don't care about the veterans. This must be a liberal establishment. Even though this is supposed to be a nationwide thing that Subway was advertising. I understand some people don't want to participate. But that's okay I've left my post and I'll no longer come back to this facility ever again. Because this isn't the only Subway in the nation.

The kid making my sandwich blew his nose and didn’t wash his hands after and made my sandwich like that.. I didn’t want to be rude and the girl seemed as if she was under the influence of something she literally leaned over and seemed as she could not concentrate and knocked my sandwich in the pickle container. Very unprofessional

There aren’t many options close by, but I haven’t learned my lesson to stop ordering from here. Use the subway app for delivery, and then an hour later when it still hasn’t arrived, they claim ‘we haven’t gotten anything’ or when doing it for pickup, the same problem. Then the staff argue with you saying ‘this has never happened before’ and ‘only a manager can look up online orders in the system we can only know if it prints’
Can’t cancel in the app, the staff are unwilling to help, and just say ‘call Jennifer tomorrow, I guess”.

walked in and no one was at the counter. stood there for 10 minutes yelling Hello? no one came to the counter. tried calling the store from inside the store no answer. another customer came in and started yelling Hello? she started to walk in the kitchen to make sure no one was hurt. out pops and young boy and girl from the back.. they looked like they were caught off guard.

I had did a catering situation on mother's day ordered day before told person to not put mayo or mustard but put on the side I got several sandwiches the kids taking order acted like they were on something they acted lost. The next day I went to get sandwiches that was fine and smooth as soon as I get to event as I was running late didn't have time to check the sandwiches that was my bad ,cause everyone opened their sandwiches to eat and they were sopping in mayo and mustard you could tell they were quickly slapped together barely any meat on them I am very disappointed will never go back there again spent over 100 dollars that was a regret don't ever let subway in alvarado cater an event for you will be disappointed and embarrassed for sure
