Kristine delivered exceptional service! I asked for 2 separate sandwiches- one for now and one for lunch tomorrow. She made the excellent suggestion of putting the sauce in a small container so it wouldn't cause the sandwich to get soggy.
She was a delight to receive service from.

DISGUSTING FOOD AND ***NO*** CUSTOMER SERVICE. I Used the app AND TIPPED 25% Food was wrong, missing items, cookies freezer burnt and just GROSS. The worst Subway I have ever been to. Couldn't get a refund on the app AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Little Cesars right next door is on point. Go there instead. I WANT A REFUND

I haven’t been in awhile, but the service was the best I’ve had at that location , there was a younger gentleman with longer hair who helped me and I was impressed with his customer service-super polite and friendly!

Save the long beds
Staff was friendly, store was filthy. Tables weren’t wiped off, drink area was horrible, lids and straws needed refilled, etc. lord knows what is going on behind closed doors in the back. 😳 Will not go back.

By 9:30 they don’t want take phone order. By the time I got there at 9:45 most of the good meat was gone. I was told “we normally already have most of the food put up by now but since you were coming we left some out” and then was told they normally have everything cleaned so they can be out by 10. It was an inconvenience that I was there taking up their time apparently. Never will I eat there and I’ll never recommend them either.

This place refused to participate in the Subway special that they were giving to Veterans on veterans Day. which implies to me that they don't care about the veterans. This must be a liberal establishment. Even though this is supposed to be a nationwide thing that Subway was advertising. I understand some people don't want to participate. But that's okay I've left my post and I'll no longer come back to this facility ever again. Because this isn't the only Subway in the nation.

The kid making my sandwich blew his nose and didn’t wash his hands after and made my sandwich like that.. I didn’t want to be rude and the girl seemed as if she was under the influence of something she literally leaned over and seemed as she could not concentrate and knocked my sandwich in the pickle container. Very unprofessional
