Totally stop by this place to grab a healthy shake and tea! I got a butter pecan shake and a Now & later tea. All tasted delicious. They also have a meal prep food selection you can pick from as well. All and all, low calories high protein drinks for a good price. Owner is a pretty chilled guy too! Will definitely be back when in the area.

Amazing customer service and knowledge of health & provided by Alina. She always provides great suggestions on the teas and shakes. I really love the workouts that are in a group setting with some really amazing fellow customers. There's no other place that I've been to that makes everyone feel like family and is encouraging to be the best version of yourself. Solid establishment!!! 10 Stars
