They made my food incorrectly twice, on three consecutive occasions. The Manager does not perform well, which explains why the employees do not perform well.
The location is convenient but the service is not.
Go somewhere else.

I eat a lot of Impossible Whoppers... But this one today was the best! Friendly server at the drive through window and a burger that was carefully made instead of being slapped together. Will be back!

I want everybody to be aware of a taller young man (caucasian) kinda big. with glasses who was taking orders. He has a very sinister vibe about him. Watch your food. It tasted different today. And I ended up throwing away. This guy was like a dead bot. No hi, no thank you and no courtesy. Just straight attitude.

My order was not prepared when I arrived, it was said to be done at 12:10. I waited 17 minutes to recieve my order, just for every item to be wrong. Items I modified were not modified, I paid extra for items that were not added. Terrible customer service. Do better.

I love burger King, but this location was straight trash. Blonde lady gave me a bland lemonade that had no flavor or sugar, I asked for a 12 piece chicken finger and gave me only 8. Never coming back

Ordered very simple plain DOUBLE cheese burgers. They came with the patties sliding out of the burger and only 1 piece of cheese. Looked like they were made with hate. We also ordered a bag of ice and they gave us that first and we had to wait for food. So the ice started melting in the car. 0/10. HAD to give 1 star but deserves 0. Go to the burger king by Kroger. Way better.

Came in here at almost 6 pm, no one else in the store and my food still took about 10 min to come out, when it did my boyfriend got given the wrong kind of mozzarella sticks, when he told the manager lady she said ok and then went in the back to play on her phone, it took standing there for another 10 waiting to get them, and we only got them because Alan noticed and stopped running the entire kitchen by himself to get it out to us. Why is there 5 people on a shift where only 1 of them is doing that work, props to Alan but to everyone else on the shift, why do they have a job?
Sat there yesterday in line 20 minutes for the lady manager to mess up on my order twice..First I made my order what I wanted on the burger with cheese. We'll when I got the burgers they were both wrong,so they re did the burgers and still came out wrong didn't even get the cheese I payed for. And the Hispanic female manager working yesterday cuss me out when she was in the location in alvin next to krogers by 1462. I won't be eating any burger King locations in alvin anymore done. They all need retraining on customer service and directions.

Just went to pick up my mobile order and the manager told me she GAVE IT AWAY to someone else with the same name. I tried to show her the app on my phone showing my receipt and she told me I needed to reorder and pay again. WTH. What do you mean? I’m not a charity why would I be okay with you messing up and then pay again? So ridiculous. She said she never messed up and I wasn’t going to get my food. I had to argue with her until she finally gave me my food. Yall beware! For all I know she was trying to keep my food.
