I went threw the drive thru and order took a while for my food and was not greeted properly. The girl at the window did not say you rule nor did she ask if i would like 2 cookies for a $1. Was not offered a crown and she gave me my order she slammed the window in my face. I would not be going back to that burger king.

Ordered the new bacon melt, which according to the pictures is supposed to be on toasted bread. I get it and the bread is not even kind of toasted, like the didn’t even attempt to toast it and the bacon looks raw. When I said something to management about it she told me it isn’t raw that’s just “how it looks”. It’s transparent and chewy. I chose not to eat it or get one remade because it turned me off from wanting the food completely.
