We have been going to The Cajun Shack for over 5 years. Never had an issue until today. After our issue I called to see if their ingredients have changed recently. The nice lady that answered the phone said, “I’m not sure but we have been getting told that the food is spicier than normal”. Then said she was going to talk to someone for me to hold on. We typically get shrimp/crawfish/crab legs with all three flavors and “spicy”. I will say the only “spicy” food I eat is the Cajun shacks seafood boil. We’ve never had an issue before. Then another lady gets on the phone and has an attitude from the start. She says nothing has changed and they don’t even have the ingredients to make extra spicy right now. I thought that was weird because the girl before her said they have indeed been getting notified that it wasn’t the same. I wasn’t looking for compensation but don’t sit here and go against EVERYTHING the lady I talked to before you said. Gross customer service. We will be looking for a new crawfish restaurant after this encounter.

Good food!! Waitresses need to go to school to learn etiquette!! I sat by the door of the kitchen where the waitresses go in, every time that door opened all the waitresses were back there eating right inside the door, my waitress actually walked up the table still chewing her food and the rest of them would walk out the door still chewing their food!! They served my fried food with the condiments on top of it instead of on the side. Instead of serving both meals together, they served my food first and about 15 minutes later it was getting cold so I had to hurry up and eat it, the person I was with didn't get their food yet because they were boiling the Crawfish which came about 30 minutes after my food was served. This place needs some restaurant etiquette and to learn when to serve the food.

BEST DANG CRAWFISH IN TOWN!!!
We drive 30 minutes from Pearland just to eat here at least twice a week. Very consistent flavor and crawfish size! Friendly family style customer service!
