Almost always perfect, service is good, but this time when I ordered a number 1, these were the strips I received. I would just say to make sure the strips aren't too small.

They did not get my Order right gave me gravy with no mashed potatoes and did not give me my extra roll I ordered. Tried to call and phone goes to voicemail. This place sucks!

Used to be my favorite place to get chicken strips, but this particular one in Alvin has gone downhill big time. When I pulled up, I couldn't even tell the place was open because there were no cars in the parking lot, and the property didn't even look like it was being maintained. Inside, it had the feeling of a prison cafeteria, or at least what they look like on television. The food was nowhere near as fresh, nor did it taste as good as it does at the Lake Jackson or other locations. The vibe inside made me really want to take my food to go and to get out of there as quick as possible.
LOVE chicken express. Amazing food, always super hot, takes a minute to get it because they're actually cooking it when you order it. They have the best sweet tea and jalepeno poppers!
