Chili's Grill & Bar is a great place to pick up lunch if you're on a time crunch. The bacon guacamole chicken sandwich with the "3 for me" was delicious! The meal included the sandwich, french fries, a drink, chips and salsa. I highly recommend this Chili's Grill & Bar for your next meal!!

Food just isn't what it used to be, but the service was great, and the drink (lemon drop margarita) was delicious and their draft beer is ALWAYS cold!!

UPDATE: They didn’t resolve this $65 mistake! Chilis in Alvin is a joke! They left gave us a half a$$ meal. Extremely disappointed! The food tasted good, but when we got it we literally laughed. Definitely NEVER eating from there again! Totally disappointing. The one picture is what they say you’re getting and the one picture is what we got!

This was a take home order. Santa Fe chicken salad was wilted, actually looked old and there wasn’t much of it. Chicken strips were cold. The brisket quesadilla was almost burnt. It was overcooked and tortillas were crisp which was not pleasant. Don’t think we will eat here again

Edit: since this review, I have been a few more times. A couple evenings ago ,inwas walking past the kitchen to go to ladies room and hear theanaher, Stephanie, giving her cooks a pep talk, telling them let's go, only one more hours, you guys great doing great. She is also also busy helping her staff where she can. She's a wonderful example of what a manager and team player is.
Dana and all thr other waitstaff have been beyond accommodating and just fun.
I went in for a late dinner. I wanted to get the triple dipper that's viral. It was later in the evening and my order was like warm at best, with the exception of the chips and salsa, which are way better now, and the bone in wings. Inlet my waiter, Jacob know and promptly got the manager, Stephanie. She came over and had the best personality. She was so friendly and just made my day better. Jacob was very attentive, laid back, and just all a server I would request. I will definitely be back because, hey, its Chili's

Whoever the older Caucasian lady was at the pick up at @ 5:30. I suggest you find a job where you don't have to interact with actual people. My husband walks in and no one was around so he rings the bell and she comes out and goes, "What?" Good thing I wasn't their to pick up the order because I would've gave back that same energy you were giving. I tipped on a pick up order but no thanks to her. IF I ever order from their again and it's a pick up I definitely won't be doing that again! To the other waiters and waitresses it's this kind of person that ruins it for you guys. The food was actually really good and it would've been a 5 star but the customer service ruined it all.

I went there and really was having a bad day but their host Shaquanda was a breath of fresh air for me, she was nice, courteous, and just all around the BEST customer service person I had come in contact with in a while, so if you’re looking for superb customer service you should definitely go to this chilis I promise you won’t be disappointed.
