Ordered the 3 for me. Got the potato soup, with Qp burger & fries. The soup was fantastic. The burger & fries were spot on! Great service! Brook & Abby were our waitresses. They were fast & friendly. Great smiles and personalities too!

We had the most wonderful experience this afternoon. Our waitress was a young lady named Tiffany and she was literally the best waitress we've had all year this year at any establishment that we've visited. Her service was so stellar that I made a point to stop one of the managers and let him know how great she is. Thank you Tiffany! We hope that you have a very Merry Christmas this year!!!!

we used to live closer to the LC chilis so we are used to the great food there. today we ordered from Alvin and the food was horrible!! the grilled chicken sandwich was hard and tasted freezer burned . the enchiladas soup tasted like warmed up enchiladas sauce out of a can, none of the creamy corn tomato it is supposed to have!! will never go back to this location
We’ve been living in Alvin for about a year now and have ordered before, but the service was always a little off. This past Sunday we picked up to-go and Michael was AMAZING! Then this Thursday our order had a little mix-up, but Donna (the manager) fixed it right away with the happiest attitude. Honestly, y’all did the right thing hiring them—what a difference they make! We were served old food, probably leftovers from last night. You could tell it was not freshly made. Nothing like spending $100 on leftovers 🤢 Mac and cheese was dry and shaped like a bowl. Pizza was like rubber, the sides were dry and tough.

The restrooms were disgusting. Unsanitary. There was feces all over the toilet seat and dripping down the toilet. However, it was there for some time. The restroom, in addition, was filthy. It had trash and tp all over the floor throughout the entire restroom. The restaurant is not well kept or sanitized. It was an experience that ended my relationship with this restaurant.

From the time we got there, we were taken care of. Everything was spot on. We were greeted, seated, got our orders taken, and everything. I'm unsure of the name of our server but he was so on fire that we need 20 of him in all of the restaurants. We were 💯% Satisfied. We will definitely be back.
