I ve lived here in Alvin for 7 yrs and this dairy queen has never made a blizzard up to standard. All the drive through attendants are rude. I've asked for extra cookies on several occasions. I always get the same thing. Some cookies on top and more that half a cup of just ice cream! Where are the extra cookies.! They never mix the blizzard correctly to evenly distribute the oreos! Straight garbage 🗑

I was here last week and the manager gave me a pup cup for my dogs in a very generous size cup. I went this evening and the district manager was there and I requested a pup cup and he gave me the smallest little one lick cup and charged me $1 for it. When I told him I was just here last week and I got a much bigger cup for free he got a very bad attitude with me. I have been going to this location for 30 years and have always gotten great service. But after that attitude and being charged for it, I will not be going back.

Well the burgers sometimes taste like a lettuce sandwich. The meat has gone down hill. The chicken strips have stayed good. The ice cream is TOO EXPENSIVE, WAY OVER PRICED they are still selling it,but not in large volumes.

Tell me how my chicken tenders are hard as rocks and my texas toast isn't even toasted. I grew up on DQ and the past couple of times I have been here it has been a downhill spiral. Not to mention it took almost 30 minutes to get food from the drive-thru what happened to fast food. For the price I'm better off sitting inside a restaurant.
I tried the new bacon jam burger combo and a butterfinger blizzard. I loved it and the service was friendly.

Stop by tonight and order large meals paid and received nothing large and had to wait behind another car while they prepared their food. Soggy fries and lukewarm burgers. For $25 thanks for nothing
