I stopped in to get donuts for the whole office and spent almost $70 and tipped them since it was for the office. I needed a receipt because I used a company card. Usually a receipt is offered, but it was not. After it was done, I even added a drink and paid for it separately. After I asked for a receipt for the donuts, she said oh I can’t do it now. Since they use the square I know you can look back at transactions for the day. When I asked, can you not look back at the transactions? She seemed put out about it and printed me a receipt but then continue to say next time, why don’t you tell me ahead of time ! I found this incredibly rude and bad customer service for someone that just spent almost $70 and one transaction and tipped you.

The only person inside was a guy sweeping the floor. After finally realizing no one was going take our order, he stepped behind the counter (didn't wash his hands) and asked us what we'd like.

Stopped by for gas on the way to work this morning and stumbled upon this donut shop and decided to give them a shot. Would say it’s a hidden gem!! The cashier Boo was friendly and attentive despite it being 6 in the morning and even gave me some 10/10 recommendations like their red velvet donuts & brisket boudin kolache. Very welcoming shop, will be a returning customer! Thank y’all so much and especially boo!

The pregnant lady up front been rude if I don’t tip more than once. The food is good just not the customer service.
The lady that works the front counter is not friendly and gives bad customer service. I came in this morning and ordered the same thing I got the other day. She charged me $2.41 more than the other day. When I questioned her she got mad and changed the price. I always tip but she expects it. I’ve been coming here since they opened and have always had a good experience but this lady needs to be trained on customer service. Don’t forget a smile is always free . ????

I bought a half a dozen of mini kolaches for $4 a bag of donut holes and one sausage and cheese kolache came out to $15 and change I went to give her a tip because she asked please tip please my physical error, was I hit custom tip. When I went to give her a 3.00 tip instead of 1.57 as it had said; I hit 30.00 which automatically accepted my payment .when I informed her the lady behind the counter laughed and said all sales final instead of refunding and reprocessing the transaction . Hell I would have even given her a bigger tip had she taken care of my problem. Because I'm the type of person scratch my back I got you yours. This person and their service was terrible even if it started as my fault to begin. Don't make accidental mistake here they will rob you if they can.
