My boyfriend just went there for his lunch break, and said the girls took an hour to make his sandwich, and they were on their phones. His buddy’s and him won’t be going there for their lunch again.

😮If I could give way more stars for the service, I would! The girls at the Alvin store are awesome!!! They deserve a raise and a huge amount of atta-girls!!! I came in with a 25 sub combo order and they were so sweet! And they’re short staffed! Just…..wow! Definitely visit these ladies! And tell Kendall that Mary says hello!! 🥰❤️

I came in this evening with my wife and ordered our usual…the overall experience was wonderful!

The store was pretty busy at the time when we came in, but the two ladies behind the counter went above and beyond with the customer service. I do want to say the hardworking lady helping us with our order who I believe was Josie provided us with great service, and a welcoming environment.

So happy this place is back open! We will definitely return.

I was very happy that they have reopened, however, my sandwiches have not been made correctly since they reopened. I tried calling them directly, but the number listed does not work and I don't have time to go up there in person, that's why I always do a mobile order and run in and pick up. I always ask for my sandwich to be extra toasted... it never is. They have soaked the sandwich in mayonnaise causing the bread to be soggy and gross. Not one of my sandwiches have had mustard on them, which is the standard. I am disappointed because I really was excited that they have reopened, but I don't think I can continue to order from there when the sandwiches have been consistently soggy and not made to what they used to be.

Little disappointed that hours are until 9 pm, but store was closed by 8:30pm

We came here for lunch and I was not blown away. The sub was alright. Nothing that I will ever crave. My coworker agreed and said she probably would go out of her way to come back. Not a bad experience, just not something I’ll do again. The atmosphere is nice, they do great things for first responders and the firehouse fee was really neat.

Took a while to make, but I guess I am so used to Chik fil a drive thru service too much. Also very little meat on both my sandwiches. For a $12 sandwich, I thought there would be more meat on them.

To the manager and her assistant ( her words not mine) you need to go back to training on customer service and your assistant needs training also, he does not know policy and procedures on how Firehouse Subs what employees to act at work.. avoid this store and find another one.

We accidentally forgot to take mustard off our sandwich when placing our order ( it was our fault) An employee named Jacob refused to remake the sandwich for us unless he charged us for another one. He also refused to give us any Information about how to contact management and told us he ran the store. He looked maybe 16... his people skills were horrible. The store was empty it would of been a quick fix to remake the sandwich instead of losing the business of a family of 3 that frequently eats here.

Everytime we come to this location they are out of multiple items.
