I’ve always loved this place, but lately it’s been a mess since the old crew left. Everything feels unorganized and the service has really slipped. I placed an online order and when I came to pick it up, no one seemed to know where it was. I had to ask four different people before i had to give them my receipt to have them make my order. How do you not know where an online order is? This used to be such a smooth and easy process, and now it’s just frustrating.

I used to like this place and was craving their tacos on Friday I ordered Al pastor, Barbacoa and chicken tacos.I ate the barbacoa my stomach was not having it. I got food poisoning from that taco that I couldn’t even eat the other tacos. I had to go to the ER due to their meat being contaminated that taco cost me a $500 er visit and had to be on anti nausea meds. I am on day 3 of recovering from food poisoning. Never again! I used to like this place but now just thinking about it makes me sick. Poor Sanitation and food contamination ruined it for me.

Clara is precious! Food is delicious and fresh. Queso and salsa is so good! The restaurant is clean and efficient. Highly recommend. This is the original location too the first one here in Alvin! We will be back! Thank you Clara and Happy Tako staff! Enchilada Fries with Fajita meat is off the chain.

this place is allergic to getting orders correct. food is amazing but God the customer service is God awful. they have taken my order 6 times at multiple different prices all I've ordered is a singular burrito

Great food but they often mess up orders through their drive thru. The people are friendly but seem to be unorganized. I come here almost daily and at least 3 days a week there is a mistake on my order and I only order 2 takos. The food makes it worth it but they need a better system
