I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

Had a family get together and we decided Chili's. Wasn't sure why it was It's Just Wings until I read about Chili's in location chicken wings. Going to have to give them a try.

Yuck! First and last time. Walked in and grabed my order cuz i had a feeling no one would come outside (as other reviews stated). There was a persom there at desk as i was walking up but walked away as I walked up. Food was terrible! Wings old and tossed in new sauce. Curly fries were ok. Bad stomach ache this morning because of.the food. I tried to call last night about the food and the number was not im service. Go to wingstop folks!

Apparently It’s Just Wings is a Chili’s “virtual brand”, and the food is made right in the Chili’s kitchen, but you’re only allowed to order It’s Just Wings’s food via delivery or for to-go. Chili’s doesn’t allow you to eat It’s Just Wings…at Chili’s, even though they make it themselves. Bizarre!!
