I work right down the road so I go here every so often the past few months the food quality has dropped significantly. On top of that they never fail to mess up my order or just straight up give me the wrong one. And the wait Time is atrocious.

Listen. I had a rough day. I'm talking about had tons of jobs to go to and my truck battery quits the second I crank it on. I get through the day and im still broke and roll up to this jack in the box. I order a bunch of individual items and Braden at drive thru was so well versed in his job he informed me I could smash all the items I ordered into a combo meal just like the new "smashed jack "combo is. Dude saved me like two bucks and look.
Its $2. But did he even have to say anything at all? No. He could've just been a robot and said yes to everything I said and charged me accordingly. The guys attitude was great . Literally so great that im writing this review right now in hopes the big head jack himself reads this. Comes and pays a visit to see this man. And turn around give this mfer the biggest raise in his life cuz this service, THIS SERVICE. Is the ish the people wanna see.
He dont even know it but he gave just me an ounce of hope for humanity. Be like Braden cuz this world sucks for everyone and we all hate it to some degree but just show love to one another and let's ride this mfer together. BIG SHOUTS OUT TO BRADEN
Update: jack in the box just replied to my comment literally taking all the credit for Braden. NO WAYYYY BUDDY . I dont need jack in the box. YOU Need braden to keep your company afloat. GET IT STRAIGHT JACK

This is my go-to Jack in the Box spot. The employees have great customer service skills and are friendly and outgoing. While no place is perfect 100% of the time, I have found that here they do their best to provide customers with their best.

This location has been great. The staff has been friendly and funny. The food has been correct and HOT. My dad went into ICU unexpectedly and my mom was at the hospital with him for 15 plus house and would stop here on her way home exhausted and needing a bite to eat. They never gave her a wrong or cold order. The staff never knew how grateful we were for this small convenience during this time.
Went in for breakfast, water on the floor from ice machine, waited more than 5 min to order. Tables dirty, hash brown greasy, The lady came to the counter with a a wod of paper towels she was cleaning with and just put the dirty towles right there on the conter. Wont go back.
