I’ve always believed food brings people together, but today at Let’s Pho, I experienced something even deeper. The meal, as always, was delicious—the pho was rich and flavorful, and every bite felt like comfort in a bowl. But what truly moved me was something far beyond the food.
The staff went out of their way to write me a heartfelt message on a napkin—something so small, yet incredibly meaningful. In a world where we’re often rushing through meals and moments, this gesture reminded me of the human connection behind every dish served here.
Thank you, Let’s Pho, not just for the amazing food, but for the kindness, thoughtfulness, and care you put into every part of the experience. You’ve made a loyal customer for life.

Pho was really tasty and good. I will be coming back for sure.
Let's Pho is truly a little hidden gem of delicious Vietnamese food in Alvin. The pho is amazing; perfect balance of aromatics and seasonings. Their beef stew is hearty and delicious and PERFECT for satisfying that meaty, soupy cravings you may have especially in the winter! The combo fried rice has an amazing flavor with black pepper and garlic both at the forefront, but neither overpowering. Their lemongrass chicken is so wonderfully flavored, slightly sweet, very slightly spiced, and with the amazing aroma and flavor of refreshing lemongrass all throughout. Their banh mi's are very filling, and the vermicelli bowls are my favorite. The pork is my go-to for banh mi's and vermicelli bowls! It has SUCH a delicious smokey flavor!
Seriously, this humble little restaurant is home to some of the best Vietnamese food I've had at a restaurant!
And to anyone complaining about how they may operate their hours or anything, just keep in mind I'm pretty sure this is a family business and really it's not that deep. As long as they keep their food tasting delicious and fresh, idc!

It was our First time coming here we were excited to give it try. As soon as we walked in all the tables were ready there was flys around the food like if the food had been sitting there for a while I was already ready to walk out but the cashier guy was talking to a customer minutes later he said to take a seat where he continued talking to the customer about selling labubu . He came to us and gave us the menus we ordered . Where they were out of almost everything I ordered I was so mad and disappointed. Customers kept coming in about labubus I thought it was so unprofessional he continued to talk loud on the phone about selling them for a higher price. I ran out of there .food was not good for the simple fact that they didn’t have nothing I ordered I had to order something else so I wasn’t satisfied with what I wanted to have.
Coming here to eat Pho, and we get told that it has to be ordered to go only. I said, well, yalls hours say yall are open til 830, and his response was that the kitchen decides to close anytime from now til 815. We walked in a 740.
If they don't want our business or money, that's fine, we'll take it elsewhere and we won't drive all the way over here anymore.
For a restaurant to tell us that the kitchen closes when they want for no reason, I guess that business doesn't need customers.
Walked in at 7:45pm (closes at 8:30pm) and was told we could only order to-go. Another group of 3 was told the same. Everyone went elsewhere. That was a lot of money thrown out... Joe's BBQ locks the door at 8:30.... just saying.

Awesome Pho. There is only one other place I like and that's Remton in Webster. I'm so glad to have found good, high quality pho closer to my house. I'm just not a fan of pho barr's diluted broth. I like a rich, flavorful broth that you can tell is made from scratch. The spring rolls were really good too. We will definitely be back.
