We ordered the new pizza crazy puffs and they were so oily! Pizza was made so weird. Half had no crust and the pepperoni was drenched in sauce and barely had any cheese.

I’m very mad about the service I got I went in there with my son and there was this older looking lady she kept marking rude face expressions at me and my son and just gave me bad customer service and out of no where she kept stoping takeing my order to go do something else that really made me mad because out of all the other pizza places on that street I picked yall just to get disrespected and I just feel like she should get some type of disciplinary action or something because I spent my hard earned money just to get disrespected.

We went to pick up our pizza on 2/9/2024. When we arrived it was super busy, so we decided to get the pizza inside rather than the drive thru. The employees all knew their jobs, worked together, all were friendly. Just wanted to make sure the employees were recognized for the hard work they were doing.

I live in Fresno, Texas but occasionally work in the Alvin/ Manvel area and this location is much better than the ones in my area. Recommend definitely.
They refuse to use the intercoms for orders. If you order anything else but a hot & ready then you have to tell them at the window and then park for 20 to 30 minutes . No reason for the intercom to have a sign that says order at window which its had for over a year now. This is why they are backed up every night . Once your in the line too deep to drive away you get there cheap box pizza because you spent so long in the line. Needs better management.
