I ordered two burritos for $45 and they moved their truck so I never got my order and I’m waiting on my refund. Extremely disappointed. The 1-800 number lead me to a voicemail machine and I’ve left a message and am waiting to hear back. Upset

I made the mistake of ordering the base Hella Dilla and let me tell ya it's Hella dry.
The CBR fries and NorCal burrito were great, but not as great as the photos made them look. Perhaps lacking secret sauce and a more pronounced flavor.
I'm putting a 0/5 on service and atmosphere only because I thought this was a food truck or something outside of Monterrey's Little Mexico. I don't really have the time or interest to research how or why a restaurant is hosting someone else's food and whether or not the ingredients are imported or recycled. The longer I spend thinking about this experience, the less I understand who's at fault besides first time customers that need a bit more guidance from the restaurants.
