Went through the drive thru and when I opened my bag there was what looked like blood on my napkin. I called to inform them and they hung up without saying anything.
Sat there never called my name or # thanks and hate how this one will not take your orders in person they ignore you in person period unless drive through

This is the nicest store I have been too in a very long time. Super clean. Fast service. Everything was hot and the employees were very nice and accommodating.

Don't waste your time at this McDonald's. No one works there. Everything is done thru a kiosk. No fountain machines, you have to ask for a refill if you can find someone. Food is cold and not put together well.

Bought the McDonald Land Collectable for $2 as advertised. They forgot it so I turned around and drove all the way back across town just to sit in the drive thru and wait for them to end up giving me some kids meal k-pop toy instead.? McDonald’s send me a collectable please!!
I don't like the machine ordering, people will say order at the counter. Well great idea Einstein is to bad that the 2 or 3 employees running the whole store don't have the time to do so. Fries cold and soggy. Can we have real stores back? I'll just drive the extra few miles to the one in Santa Fe,TX. From now on, unless I'm just driving through.

Made an order through the Mobile app yesterday they couldn’t even find what I ordered. I gave them the code from the email and they still couldn’t find it. This got to be one of the dumbest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

First time coming here. This is how my sandwich was brought out. What's wrong with this picture? Seriously guys come on I could be working back there literally completely blind and I still wouldn't have let this happen yes the manager took it back and rearranged it but still how do you close up the box and send it out like that? Is it supposed to be funny? Are yall drunk? What's going on here?
