Food came back twice incorrect. WITH NO LINE. Cashier wasn’t paying attention at all. Fried were cold as well. The food here is only good when the manager with the blue eyes is working. Any other time the people don’t seem to care what they throw in a bag.

Employees Refused to exchange a toy..... its like they have no clue how to work there jobs or customer service they said due to it being a different one even though it was a new mcdonalds toy. Never in 35 plus years was i ever refused to exchange a mcdonalds toy till today. Very disappointed.

Be sure to check your bag BEFORE you leave, I made it all the way home and didn’t have part of my order. When I called they said they could refund me but only if I come to the store which I don’t have time for (I go to work). Worst customer service, better off at the other two McDonald’s in town.

1st even though I put in the sauces I want tye don't give me what I put on the order.
2nd I ordered online to grab and go. Normally you just go in give the order number and they give you you 1 or 2 bags incl7ding drinks. sealed and ready for grab and go.
At this mcdonalds they said they don't do that. And they don't give you 1 or 2 bags they just throw it in smaller bags and leave it on the service counter.
What's the point of online ordering if they treat you like a walk in and just leave the food sitting on the counter?

I filled out the survey so I could use a coupon to get free food when I came in. This McDonald's will not under the coupon. Makes me feel silly for filling out the survey in the first place.

i ordered a McCrispy and i got a McBurnt. My bread was burnt and it had no mayonnaise or lettuce at all just pickles i really wish i could take a picture . Im am visiting and i will not be eating at this particular restaurant anymore
