It's always a gamble to order from here (I suppose it depends on who's working) sometimes its good and other times (more often than not) its just bad. You always have to order extra sauce for wings because they're practically sauceless and then they forget the extra sauce you paid for. They also raised their delivery fee and started using Door Dash which I personally don't like. The sad part is that when I am at my friends house in Webster and order Pizza Hut it's always good, so it's definitely a problem with this location, and it's been like this for a while and judging from the other reviews it seems management doesn't care since things don't change. I and my family are done throwing money away on this subpar location, and I hope people start voicing their displeasure with their wallets, because this place has no care at all for their food or patrons.
Honestly 2 stars is generous but the few times that the pizza is actually done well it does taste good, so the extra star is thanks to the few employees that actually do good work, but overall this place is a 1.

It's always a hit and miss with this location. Never know what you're going to get. The food is either going to be good, or it's going to be nasty. About the 4rth time we've ordered pizza and it's dry as heck, it's like they forgot the sauce on it. Disappointing!!!

Every time I get food from here it’s always disgusting. One time the breadsticks tasted expired or something it smelt horrible. One time the pasta tasted freezer burnt. EVERY SINGLE TIME I get pizza they’re so stingy with the sauce. I shouldn’t have to add “extra sauce” for there to be a normal amount of sauce on a pizza. It’s like eating pizza dough. The regular hand tossed pizza is always so thin I might as well of ordered a thin crust. Y’all should fix that. Will add pictures soon for proof

This tavern pizza is the WORST pizza I have ever gotten from pizza hut. Thin crust was okay, but top was barron and tasteless. Such a disappointment.

We ordered a pizza on the Pizza Hut app. The app kept us abreast of our orders progress, but when it was due for delivery, no one showed up or called to explain why our order was late or wouldn't be delivered! After 10 minutes past the stated delivery time, I called only to get a recording stating that the location was closed! So this location just flipped us the bird! We are no longer customers for THIS location.
Horrible. I buy all over states pizza hut.. this was far most worst

Not sure if the ladies name up front but I believe she was a manager but she was and is ALWAYS so polite and nice. Order is always done right and taste great. I forgot to at to my pick up order extra bbq sauce for my bbq pizza and when I went back in 10 mins later to buy them I had my card in my hand as I had no cash at the moment and she handed them to me and said no worries. As bad as things have gotten the last 4 years with customer service and price increases it’s refreshing to know Pizza Hut and pizza places are doing their best to keep prices down and great service. At least my local Pizza Hut is doing so. It means a lot to me at least, even if it’s 2 cups of bbw sauce.

I did an online order for delivery got my pizzas right and I ordered a 18 piece wings and only got 12. I called the store and was told to bring them in so they can look for them selves, was told I would get no refund or compensation for my inconvenience because no one there can count to 18.
