First Pizza Hut is making it very hard to order on there website or app currently.. Second, I ordered the big dinner box ordered a pepperoni pizza and a barbecue chicken pizza with Tuscany crust, which was supposed to be square.. and the boneless wings were supposed to be mild buffalo when we got them. Neither pizza had much sauce on it very tasteless and the buffalo sauce was dark, which it shouldn’t have been and barely any sauce there for the wings… The only good thing in the whole order was the breadsticks and the whole thing was $30.30 a terrible order for that amount. If the workers can’t do a better , they should get a different job..

I’ve order four pizzas over the past two weeks and they have all been very dry. When my family and I bite into the pizzas, it tastes like cheese and bread, no sauce. I even attempted to remove the toppings to check for sauce, but cheese just ripped the bread apart because there is almost no sauce! Won’t be ordering here anymore.

I dont usually do this but, I ordered 3 orders of melts for supper last night. it charged my card and it was to be delivered between 7:50 and 8:02 pm. by 8:20 had not gotten delivery. So i called to check on it, I was told it was cancelled but got no reason explained. I was then told they would give a dicount and place the order again, ok. we got our melts at 9:40 pm and I think they were the ones they cancelled cause it was like eating on cardboard. It had no taste and was cold. I will think long and hard about ordering from there again or they have to get a good manager that isnt smoking something up there

It's always a gamble to order from here (I suppose it depends on who's working) sometimes its good and other times (more often than not) its just bad. You always have to order extra sauce for wings because they're practically sauceless and then they forget the extra sauce you paid for. They also raised their delivery fee and started using Door Dash which I personally don't like. The sad part is that when I am at my friends house in Webster and order Pizza Hut it's always good, so it's definitely a problem with this location, and it's been like this for a while and judging from the other reviews it seems management doesn't care since things don't change. I and my family are done throwing money away on this subpar location, and I hope people start voicing their displeasure with their wallets, because this place has no care at all for their food or patrons.
Honestly 2 stars is generous but the few times that the pizza is actually done well it does taste good, so the extra star is thanks to the few employees that actually do good work, but overall this place is a 1.

It's always a hit and miss with this location. Never know what you're going to get. The food is either going to be good, or it's going to be nasty. About the 4rth time we've ordered pizza and it's dry as heck, it's like they forgot the sauce on it. Disappointing!!!
