I just don’t understand why employees don’t care.. why managers on duty don’t care.

You spend $50-60 per order they get it wrong and guess what…. You call 6 times and no answer.

Good evening, I do not recommend it, the workers are always turning around or with their cell phone in their hand, terrible service, they do not want to work, they close at 12 and at 10:50 they tell you that they are closed, they are already cleaning... which I think they are not complying with the schedule or with the customer service

Trash customer service always wrong and the employees will lie about the chicken so they don't have to make more and on Tuesdays never knew there was a policy when you can only get order up to 6 of the tuesday specials and I asked he said it was just this location. Doesn't make any sense. The chicken is super small and it never the correct amount and you not get what ubask for. I ask for spicy and get mild and there ws times when I got majority all legs in a tuesday specials and they were the size of my thumb. Whoever the manager or owner of this place needs to hire new workers. They really don't care about your order or getting it right over here

Normally, this place is very good, but today, they closed the lobby prematurely (usually closed at 10 on Sundays, but I arrived at 8), so we used the drive-through. The man on the intercom was mumbling and took at least 20 second pauses, almost getting our order completely wrong. They had to get another person on who got our order flawlessly, but when we got the food, some of the fries were extremely overcooked, some being straight up burnt. Otherwise, the sandwich and chicken were about as expected, so there are no complaints there. Also, there is (and has been) a HUGE pothole in the middle of the parking lot.

Chicken was not seasoned well customer service was poor, like they didn't care about the consumer or whether you like their products or not. Will be going to KFC from now on in Alvin for chicken. Bad attitudes!!!

In Alvin, TX - you never get what you order at the drive through. You ask to confirm when you get to the window and get home and it is all wrong and sides left out. Both meals incorrect. Happens every time. What is wrong with your staff? I end up throat in the garbage. I will not go back ever!

Advocacy Now

A large red bean and rice is $ 5.99 plus tax the cup is not served full which is tealling from the customer. It is messing at least 1 inch from the top. if you get payment in full, you should serve and sell the product in full. Mr owner, managers don't take food away that your customer has paid for it in full, would you like someone to do that to your children or your mother?
