The girl that served us today 1/3/2026 was very rude and unprofessional. She lied about a coupon after we asked if we could use the 15 percent but today was the last day we could do it and then gave false information that it wasn’t expired and she honestly had no idea what she was talking about just was being lazy . Normally people are really nice at this location but that girl was not nice and seemed like she hated everything and just ignored us for like 15 minutes while my drink just sat there.

I had gone yesterday Sept 29th @5:40 to order two smoothies we came up to the window and no one ever came to take payment or even looked towards us the girl was apparently talking to her mom and sister and I assume since they shared drinks with each other I don’t understand how if it is her parent you come into your child’s place of work and have a full blown conversation and don’t allow her to do her job and vice versa I’ve never had an issue like this there but it is unacceptable, allow your kids to do their job and if you need to talk to them wait for their brake or when they get home am not sure if there was a manager on site but no one came out to window so we just left.

Smoothie King always hits the spot! The smoothies are fresh, tasty, and made just right every time. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. HUGE shout out to the workers on the shift around 1ish. Even though they were in a huge rush they still made my drinks amazing and in a timely manner. It was really busy in there but I love how they always kept a smile on their faces and made the customers laugh/smile!! Also love how many options there are — especially for staying healthy on the go. Highly recommend!
Came thru drive & the girl cassandra took my order after 15 minutes I had only a truck in front of me and this has to be the longest time ever waited . Black guy at the window didn’t attend to me after 5min at the window when I ask he mention they had a rush hour even though there was only one men inside the store. Service was the worst.

This place is very unprofessional. I went in a few days ago and my order was wrong the place was filthy and the customer service was horrible. The girl that was working morning shift was rude to me when I asked her to remake my smoothie that she made wrong! I did get her name, but for privacy I am not going to blast it. I am very upset with how things went down. And to top it off they were saying very racial slurs. Even if they were of the skin color they should not just be throwing the N word around like they did. I am of African descent myself and I did not approve of this in anyway. These are the people you hire? Maybe yall need to look into getting a new crew especially morning. I will return but if she is in the building I will be exiting and going home.
