Horrible service been here for 25 mins waiting on two drinks and 15 other people have come and gone after us this is the worst experience i ever had.

Coffee was cold. It took 3 times to get the refresher right and drive thru barista has a bad attitude. Just pass.

Made my drink, asked for a tipped and charged my card - then as they're handing me my drink they apologize for not having all the ingredients.
Next time tell the customer before you charge $8. I wouldn't have given yall a tip since you think it's okay to charge full price and not include the entire drink. Good job.

Ordered pick up and didn’t realize my drink was half full until I returned to work. I’m not sure if they spilled it or someone drank out of it and sat it back on the counter but this is totally unacceptable!

The sweet young black lady in the drive-thru made my whole day, her vibes and attitude is just off the charts and 10/10 needs a raise! not to mention look at the absolute Art they’ve created for me, insuring me that it’s completely okay to ask for a lot sometimes! Beautiful people, beautiful energy.
I already come often but will also tell my friends if you want a wonderful day, start your days with This locations Starbucks!
