I order a venti vanilla blonde and my cup was filled halfway! They constantly do that and when you ask to remakes it they always get an attitude.. this is the only Starbucks that they leave drinks halfway

I ordered a Matcha Lemonade with peach juice and they are the best to do it! They even have the good ice! That drink was so good it was hard to drink it slowly!????The drive thru wasn’t too bad. I’ll be back!

I love the atmosphere of this place! The seating, decor, and ambience is perfect for relaxing and getting some work done. I have come many times, and the employees are considerate and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to sip a coffee and get some studying in!

A young lady manager was so gracious and helpful when I had gone in asking about the beans for the shaken espresso. She helped me find an espresso machine and even ground the beans for me. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful when I needed it the most. I wish I had gotten her name.

I'm not a Starbucks connoisseur. I don't like PSL and rarely go there unless I have gift cards. Now, I do like their app and the ease of ordering and paying and picking up with their app. Why doesn't everyone use this?!I usually get the green tea, or maybe a hot drink if it's cold out. Every once in a while if I'm feeling super sluggish I will order an espresso drink with extra shots. Don't judge my caffeine addiction please!Everyone is always nice and polite and friendly so I do appreciate that as I'm sure they get some crazy orders from crazy people.If I go in it's just to pick up my drink but the inside seems pleasant as well. Really the only reason I'm taking a star off is that I wanted to try the matcha until I read the ingredients and found it was mostly sugar. Otherwise a very solid Sbux!

Wish I could give a ZEROOOO. This is the worst Starbucks ever. The drinks are watered down taste awful every time. The service is horrible, the childish RUDE workers are the worst. Don’t waste ur money time and energy here. At least go to friendswood or Black Rock Cafe. Way better coffee and way better service. The girls that work here are a joke and like to talk about and laugh at customers.
