The sandwich artist working 10/27 around 4:30 was amazing so helpful and sweet to the costumers. I played an online order and ate it inside and she was so sweet to everyone and i just wanted to brag a little bit in case the manager looks at the reviews.

Theres only one person in that restaurant who doesnt mess up my order and actually tries to make good sandwiches. I don't know his name, he gets 5 stars... The other people thought... Seems to always forget something.

I can't tell you how many times we say "You want Subway? Well, maybe we will give them one more chance."
This may be your last chance. We moved here four years ago and have eaten at this location a dozen or more times. Probably ten of those times, service was horrendous!! I literally have no idea if this franchise owner gives a single fugg about it either. Seems like most everyone has the same problem here.
Right now I'm waiting on two sandwiches.that I ordered online almost an hour ago... Sad

I've ordered three times from this location for a total of 12 sandwiches. Each and every sandwich lacks any ingredients. You get a little bit of lettuce, tomatos, meat, etc. Even the veggie sandwiches lack veggies, guys. I expect veggies in them!! But the same is true on meat sandwiches... absolutely no meat except a few pieces of chicken spread few inches apart.
Either you make the sandwiches properly for the price charged or you increase the prices so you can make them properly. Don't short change customers. I expect quality sandwiches when i get home to my family.
Also, hire more than one person. I understand your desire to make money but dont put so much pressure on one person during rush hour. There are 4 subway shops in alvin and I hope they are not operated by this same owner. Try another in town.
I stopped in for fast food as we were on a tight schedule. I was in and out with 10 mins for 4 foot longs. We were able to try the new sidekicks my daughter loved the dippers and she was delighted with it.

I stopped in with my kids to have lunch. I tried the new spicy nacho steak on the ghost pepper bread. I must say it was very good. Store is fully stocked with various types of drinks and chips. Store was very clean well maintained will definitely be back.

Today the day of the Hurricane, my husband and I came and we were glad they were open, the one complain I have is that the manager was screaming at the employee, there was only two people there, a young guy that was very polite to us and a female (Hispanic female). I will be coming back just because we had great service from him.
