I stopped in for fast food as we were on a tight schedule. I was in and out with 10 mins for 4 foot longs. We were able to try the new sidekicks my daughter loved the dippers and she was delighted with it.

I stopped in with my kids to have lunch. I tried the new spicy nacho steak on the ghost pepper bread. I must say it was very good. Store is fully stocked with various types of drinks and chips. Store was very clean well maintained will definitely be back.

Today the day of the Hurricane, my husband and I came and we were glad they were open, the one complain I have is that the manager was screaming at the employee, there was only two people there, a young guy that was very polite to us and a female (Hispanic female). I will be coming back just because we had great service from him.

I went to get a sidekick pretzel on sunday and the young man denied me because “the butter wasn’t melted” so i left and came back yesterday to get pretzels again surely this would be a better time right? Wrong this time the excuse was they just pulled them out the freezer. Get it together subway why is it so hard for me to get a pretzel.

Food is great. Took almost 20 minutes to get in and out of there. One person working isn’t enough for the amount of guest yall have. No sweet tea available, no foot long cookies available. I asked for the foot long churro, which he said they had but did not have the wrapper to put them in so he could not give them to me. If online orders come through yall stop taking care of the guest in front you and make those orders first for some reason.
