Bread was hard like it wasn't fresh. Took way too long to pick up sandwiches that were pre-ordered the day before. 2 hours over-promised time and the employees acted as though it was no big deal.
The service is great, the restaurant is clean and the food is, well, Subway, you be the judge. My only complaint is that it's connected to a gas station that is dirty and has a filthy bathroom that Subway shares with them.
