Terrible , was here 10 minutes before photo was taken , try calling . As soon as we arrived we noticed the staff were out at the cashier, once they noticed we were pulling in , they hid in the back , and didn’t come out. Another customer was trying to get their attention outside the store , they completely ignored him too. Why get a job if you don’t want to work .

Josh did an awesome job best working I’ve seen at a subway in years! My husband was a general area maintenance for several subways in the rgv and has not met a hard working subway worker in so long especially so young! He is very polite treats all customers with respect and very precisely makes each sandwich with great time! The sandwiches were perfectly to our liking! Nice to meet a subway worker that doesn’t look and act like they hate their job! Good job Josh and thank you for your great customer service and sandwich making!

Extreme dissatisfaction!! 10/10 do NOT recommend.
I placed a mobile order for pickup at that time, but upon arrival, I witnessed an employee exhibiting behavior strongly suggestive of impairment. This employee appeared disoriented, was observed rummaging in the trash, and demonstrated a significant lack of knowledge regarding standard operating procedures, including locating ingredients and processing a refund. As a result, we were unable to receive our order or obtain a refund.I have attempted to contact Subway management / corporate on several occasions to report this incident and request a resolution, but have encountered significant difficulty in reaching a manager or supervisor. The employee's behavior was deeply concerning, and raises serious questions regarding food safety and customer well-being.I have documented video evidence of this incident that I would be happy to share. This employee did attempt to make our sandwiches however he was so disoriented that he didn’t know he needed to use bread or where the bread was. He told us his name was Brandon. Please get him the help he needs and provide a resolution to this type of service so you don’t lose more customers. I personally will never give Subway another dime!

The employee just slapped my cheese on my sandwich haphazardly. If you pay with cash, don’t go to this location. They kept my change. I should be able to decide if they get it or not. And the toaster was broken. They were convenient to where I was working & the store was relatively clean are about all I could say positive about the place.
My server didn't catch his name, but he was awesome! Made me feel a little better about my rough morning with his good service and a smile. He made me giggle. That always helps the day along! The service here is always good for me!

I will stop at this location on my way to work and it's kind of out in the middle of nowhere but the people there are always so nice it's never really that crowded you can get in and get out and you always get a good consistent level on the food. One thing that is nice about this place is for some reason locations around this area tend to be out of ingredients quite a bit at this place always has everything.
