Food is always correct but no matter how many time I overdue on the taco sauce packets, I never get them. Like bro how hard is it to put some packets in a bag when you order 20 tacos.

I ordered chicken quesadillas, the menu clearly says it comes with sour cream and guacamole. They never put it in the bag and when you ask for it, they say it is extra and have to pay for it. I don’t understand because it’s not like they are going to give you a raise for being stingy with sour cream and guacamole.

I went thru the drive thru tonight at 7:04 and they answered the speaker and asked if I was using the app and then never said another word I waited there 8 minutes said hello multiple times then drove around to the front l saw three people on there phones and one guy cooking something. Idk for who cause there wasn't anyone else there for food. Anyways I attempted to go in and the door was locked I knocked and they ignored me. That was the worst service I ever had in my life. I now see that it says they closed at 6 but if that was the case why did they answer and ask if I was using the mobile App. And why didn't they never respond with they were closed?
We waited for our food too much time and the employes were talking and almost not doing anything

I ordered 2 tacos n beef nachos. Tacos were decent, nachos were poorly assembled. Ingredients were basically placed on one side , dry , salsa one one side. Nacho ingredients should distributed all over. It looked disgusting. The cooks need more training. SMH! ?
