I found this place in a pinch. When I approached, I ordered 1 bacon and egg taco. She asked corn or flour tortilla (flour) and if that was all. I said “can I get charro beans and cheese…” and she interrupted saying they only had refried. Even better! I said “Okay can I get refried beans and cheese, ALSO on a flour tortilla.” I made sure to ask whether to pay before or after pick up. She handed me a pager.
When I went to get my 2 tacos, she handed me one and I paid, not realizing until I got back to my vehicle. I politely went back up and said there was only one taco, that I had ordered “bacon and egg, and a beans and cheese.” She corrected me saying I had ordered “bacon, egg, beans and cheese on a taco.” I did not. I smiled and said “Oh, no. I ordered bacon and egg, and a beans and cheese. I think you misunderstood, but that’s okay, thanks” and made to walk away. She smirked and laughed. No move to make any corrections or remedy the situation to keep a new customer returning. I will not be going back. I advise anyone going to make sure she reads your order back to you completely.
Additionally, I should have read the other reviews. This taco is “mid” at best, and salty as others have complained. I don’t mind eating it all mixed together as she made it, but I ordered 2 tacos for a reason. To laugh and essentially blame the customer for a “wrong order” shows me exactly how this place operates. Do not recommend. To further agree with others below, green salsa lacks flavor.
