Did curbside pickup waited over a hour to get my food only got my food because I went inside they screwed up my drinks and managed to forget my some of my order so I went back inside to get the other items they choose to work on other customers orders before I received two burgers I waited for a hour and a half got home and everything was cold and soggy like they had started my order and forgot about it until I went inside worst experience I would have been better off driving to a different location

It's always hit or miss, but usually on them drunk party nights, whataburger always seems to hit different, almost like they take better care of the food late night than morning day... If you ever decide to eat fast food, always go during lunch hours or dinner hours for fresh food, or like me at late night drunk hours🤣🤣🤣

There is always a long wait, but I just waited over 20 minutes for a medium drink. That’s it. No food. A medium drink. That’s unacceptable. Management needs to address these long wait times.

We've heard about Whataburger from a travel blogger we follow - um, not sure what the attraction is...the burger was tasteless, floppy, and went through my digestive system like an avalanche! That can't be a healthy diet.

This location is by far one of the most inconsistent locations out there for good personnel. One month, everything is great, and then, like today, the staff is rude. Ill mannered and can not get an order right in any aspect. When management can keep a good staff come to this location....till then dont!

Who orders a sweet spicey bacon burger but doesn’t make it sweet and spiceyNot me of course however whataburger in Alvin had other plans. They basically gave me a double bacon cheese burger. Which if you're a picky person and whataburger is one of the little things that gives you joy you’d but as extremely angry as I am when I bit into my sandwich and got nothing but dry patties. Completely unacceptable and a disgusting disgrace to whataburger. If you work at Alvin whataburger you’re a lowlife and I hope you ask god for forgiveness for messing up my food

Moved to Alvin in 2022 and have had a struggle getting decent service here. We have ordered online 3 separate times to only get a notice shortly after that the store canceled the ordered. When we order through the drive thru it is always a very long wait and items are never fully provided. Highly recommend verifying your order before leaving the parking lot.
