I placed my order at 614pm and received my email confirmation almost immediately. It said 40-50 minutes before delivery. At 823pm I was text by door dash saying my order had been transferred to them for delivery and the delivery status said it would be delivered around 9pm. Mind you I had already been trying to call the store but kept getting routed to a call center who couldn’t give me any answers. Finally I just canceled the door dash and canceled the order. So this household is going to bed hungry tonight. Thanks for nothing Pizzashit hut. 1st and last time ordering from that location.

I ordered a pizza & wings the other night and they wings had no sauce and the pizza had a big air bubble with no cheese on pizza. I called back and spoke with a MOD named Jazmin she told me they could remake it and deliver it but it was already 8:30 by then, so she said she would give me a credit. I called today and I told them I had a credit, the girl I spoke to said there I didn’t have a credit and then said that there wasn’t a manger by the name of Jazmin. The Pizza Hut is run by young teenagers and they don’t have no customer service skills & just throw things on pizza & call it a day. It’s ridiculous. By this point it’s just the principle. I will no longer go to Pizza Hut in Alvin.
