I love wingstop, but my recent visit I was unaware that they changed their fries at this location. They were not the hand cut fresh potatoes, they were frozen. Not the worst fries , but the fries are half of why I go to wingstop. They should announce the change on their web page.So a person won't make the mistake I made and order four large fries and did not eat but one because of the taste.

Big dude working tonight’s shift is doing things right! 👏Fresh hot wings! Fries are fresh, hot, crispy. The wings are delicious and fresh just out the fryer. Very good and fast customer service from him as well! Was craving wingstop and it definitely hit the spot. Thank you!

i’ll be making the drive back and forth to the one in manvel now cause this is absolutely pathetic. i waited 35 minutes for this not to mention there was what looked like 15 people behind that counter. the brown haired girl usually taking orders at the front has the absolute worst attitude every single time and the other blond girl just lacks complete common sense. thanks tho.

This has to be the worst Wing Stop on the planet. Every time I try to give them a try, they fail again and again. Orders are NEVER ready. My carry out order said 16-21 minutes. I know how late they are on everything so I waited over 30 minutes before leaving my house. Got there and no orders were ready, about 5 people also waiting, and they tell everyone “we are just waiting on the chicken”….waited another 15 minutes for my order. This will for sure be my LAST time. No one seems rushed or like they care…

The ceiling was dripping, and the floor had oil or grease on it. waited 47 minutes for our food it was cooked all the way and tasted good. The staff are cool and chill, maybe a little too much. Inappropriate music for young children ex: pony by genuine

I ordered a 6 piece wing combo online. I went to pick it up at the estimated time to pick it up and they were busy and I was told to come back in 20 minutes. I picked my food up and had to reheat my fries in air fryer to cook them some more as they were undercooked. The wings were over cooked, did not have any breading on them and barely had rub/seasoning on them with a pool of grease in the wing box. They looked like hard oven baked wings not fried wings. I called back up there to give my review. The girl who answered said she didnt know where her manager was n sounded unbothered. I was persistent in speaking to the mngr so she said she was busy taking orders but would put me on hold until the mngr came back. A few secs later someone got on the phone (which wasnt the mngr because he had a diff voice than the guy running it when i went inside). He asked a bunch of questions, made excuses and got a little defensive. He finally offered to remake my food but they were closing soon (10-15 min). I just wanted to notify them as I know they were busy but any restaurant should want to strive to make food with quality. Looking at the bad reviews they are consistent with my experience... Food not cooked right n terrible customer service. The guy on the phone did in the end apologize which was ok hopefully they will be mindful of production of quality when busy. If corporate came in everyone would be fired or dinged...if they would have called and heard how they initially responded they wouldve been reprimanded on customer service. I appreciate his final offer and response...everything before that *2 thumbs down*. I won't be going back... Knew i shouldn't have gotten wing stop tonight... They usually are hit or miss depending on locations. I said if I get sick tomorrow I will know why smh

It was a very long wait for my online order. I guess they were busy. Wings were very good. I liked new Mexican Street spice. Fries which are normally excellent were soggy and I threw over 1/2 away.
