This location is nothing but a bunch of teenagers who don't know how to work efficiently, who don't care about their job, and who are not held accountable. Picking up on a Friday night and there's literally 2 of them sitting on the counter eating chips and playing on their phones. And the 1 girl bagging orders had to stop in the middle of it to get on her phone as well. Then goes right back to handling food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. And the few times I have seen a "manager" there he is just as bad. He spends his time flirting with the young ladies (ewww) and goofing off with the young guys trying to fit in. Where are the responsible adults??

Placing an order online for it to be ready in 28 minutes and waiting an hour is crazy work. Then not even get the order right......? I've heard of bad experiences from family from this location but thought I'd try it out anyways seeing as how we just moved to the area but was highly disappointed.

Sometimes maybe good sometimes its bad. This time it was bad. 10 pc combo and i get 2 drum wings. Some were lightly seasoned some were over-seasoned, had a lot of oil. Fries were soggy, cold and most likely undercooked. (9 pm and phone lines are “busy”. Arrived to location and empty place.)
We ordered boneless! We got bone-in...😑 tried to call them and was on hold for 10-15mins before giving up.

Every time I come here order is never ready on the time they say , workers don’t care . Manager is always in the office instead of helping his team . They really need to fix this place , one or the worst restaurants in Alvin . Workers just keep talking to each other , ignoring the customer .

i would give 0 stars if i could. called in an order at 6pm, they say it will take 45 min and i was fine with waiting. i roll up at 6:50 to pick up my order, the cashier was not able to locate my order which led him to ask his coworkers if anyone has taken my order, to which the staff replied with a no and start laughing. i just waited for an order that never was placed for 45 mins and now the employees are sitting there laughing about it 🙃 and yes i 100% called and placed my order with the alvin location! this place is a joke. i also would like to mention they had “go down in the dm” blaring through the facility so that should let you know everything about the environment your about to walk into. wing stop just aint worth it people. avoid at all cost!

Deserve zero stars gave our order to someone else and kept telling us for 55 min that it was not ready yet -when we had ordered through the app and was there on time! Pick up time was 6:50 and you have the audacity to tell me an hour later you gave my food to someone else. And apparently you have your phone off cause out calls cant go through. Such BS Service!!!!! Oh btw we were told we shouldn’t be so upset by the so called manager

We ordered our food online and were given a time frame of our order. When we arrived at Wingstop in Alvin, our food was not ready. We waited another 30 minutes, and our food was still not ready. When I asked the cashier, she replied with an attitude that they were waiting on the fries. We waited over an hour for our order, and we decided to get our money back because of poor service that they have not been able to fix. This is not the first time, second time, or third time that this happened, but it will be the last.
