The red sauce is unremarkable at best. Bland. And a small personal pizza for $18 is hilarious. The ingredients otherwise were of good seeming quality. For me, the sauce makes a pizza and this pie left a whole ton to be UGHHHHH. Quite frustrating.

575 is probably the best pizza I've ever had! The menu is so diverse and interesting, but absolutely delicious. I didn't know how I'd feel about a pizza with honey drizzle, but now I wonder why it doesn't always come with it! Amazing flavor combinations and ingredients used. The aesthetic of this location is also right up my alley. Can't recommend if enough. I think it is my favorite thing I've found living here in Amarillo!

575 has always been a favorite of our family, however in the 6/12 months we have seen a decrease in the quality of the crust. The pizzas crust has been consistently doughy lately. We thought that maybe it was just the hillside store so we tried the original store tonight and found the same thing… Doughy! We need crunch when we eat pizza!
