I went to the drive thru this morning and ordered a medium blondie, add caramel drizzle marshmallow & soft top. I tipped $2, all in all making this drink $8. I am fine with paying that price if my order is right. They handed me a small iced blonde with no additives. I didn’t have enough time to argue with them to fix my drink this morning because I wanted to get to work on time. The girl who took my order read my order back correct so I know it should have been correct. I tried calling to maybe pick a new one up today I don’t even want a refund and everyone refuses to answer. Sucks because they are usually pretty good.

I stop at 7Brew atleast 3 to 4 days out of the week and service lately had drastically gone down hill. All I wanted to do was look at the menu since I’ve been getting the same thing for weeks and was met with insane attitude from a young man who I guess got annoyed with me in general and passed me off while rolling his eyes and walking away in a huff. I think the owning couple are the sweetest and kindest people, as is Saturn, but the new round I’ve met over the last 2 weeks seems to get ruder and ruder with each visit. I’ve specifically stopped making coffee at home because I do want to support the owners but what’s the point of getting very low tier customer service every morning when I’m not asking for anything wild or crazy, just to see what other options there are? Last time I asked I got the completely wrong drink and some girl rolled her eyes and said it’ll be right the next time.

Such an amazing experience. Went towards closing time and I got to talk to the manager, Noah. Both guys were literally the nicest individuals! They explained the menu and gave great suggestions. There were so many options so it was hard to choose. I got a sugar free sweet and salty coffee and it was delicious! I will definitely be back. The customer service and coffee can’t be beat!

I came to this place around 20 minutes before closing, it’s my first time going to 7brew. This sweet woman covered my drink! I told her that I was going to pay and she insists that I keep the drink and that I should enjoy my night, which means a lot to me because I was on the road trip and it was nice getting a free drink as a surprise. :)
The location is really cool, I love their blue light and the texas logo on them lol.
The coffee taste and quality are inconsistent.
