I like my drink but the problem is that I didn't give me any whipped cream but that's a minor issue it was still really good nice people and all that's it really

Come on 7 Brew! today I pulled up to order a coffee and the young man taking my order handed me his iPad and he said “here, put your number in, it’ll be easier”. So I put my number in and handed it back to him. he handed it back to me and said “here’s your past orders so pick what you want”. So I did and handed his iPad back to him then he handed me back the iPad requesting a tip. It irritates me when coffee places do this anyway, but he didn’t do anything but hand me the iPad. He did not greet me. He did not say thank you, he did not even enter the information himself, nothing. It’s customer service like this that really influences decisions of people when choosing a place to go. Although I do love the 7 brew coffee, I will think twice before going there next time. Maybe if enough people have had it with terrible customer service, people will start choosing places who have terrific customer service and actually deserve a tip while actually appreciating your business. Also , whoever trains these employees needs to teach them how to give correct change back. The customer shouldn’t have to help them figure that out. Good grief.

Absolutely loved Ariella (not sure if that’s how her name is spelled) but she was so sweet and attentive and so very knowledgeable about the menu, I have a lot of intolerances and restrictions and she was so sweet about it and helped me find a drink that worked for me! This was also my first time coming here and had the best experience.

Today was my first time trying their coffee. I tried the pecan pie machiato. It was very delicious 😋. The guy with the green fingernails and nose piercing was very sweet and helpful! Great attitude 👏. I will return.

Started becoming a daily customer about a week ago. However this week I noticed something odd..... I get the same thing every time I go before work. Which is a large blonde frap..... at first they were 6.50$ then 2 days ago a young man charged me 8.50$ which i didn't realize til I went back the very next day (yesterday) and the young lady charged me 7.85$.... it sucks cause I enjoy the coffee and location is close to my job. But if I don't kno2 what my drink costs on a daily especially considering it's the same drink n it never changes I won't be going back. Other then that I love the frap. Love the atmosphere as well.
