Awesome experience - was exactly what I was craving. I don't get back to the panhandle often, but when I do, I'm seeking great TexMex ... and Abuelo's definitely hit the spot.

My first time here and it was amazing. I went at lunch time, and was sat right away my server was Len, and he was awesome he made sure our cups were always full of water and table had chips he made sure our experience here was memorable. The price of the food was worth the quality and quantity that was given, oh did I mention the drinks, well my coworker ordered a Ranch Water and he said that bartender makes a great drink
This place will definitely get my business again...

Since we were in Texas wanted to try some Tex Mex food. This restaurant had good ratings and we decided to try it. We were all very pleased. We had beef, steak, and pork green chile chimichangas. The portions were large and everything was delicious. The chips come with varios salsa for various tastes. We also had Chile Con Queson -- a large bowl is the serving size. Dessert was a Dulce De Leche cheesecake, good but not too heavy or sweet. Would go back again!
