Food was okay. My Alfredo sauce was really thick on my chicken Parmesan plate. My fiancés grilled cheese cheese burger was alright he said. Hosts were great and quick to help and be seated. The server couldn’t handle a 12 top with 4 other tables. As a pervious hostess at a different restaurant I can understand why due to the fact that was over seated and over seated can make it to where you don’t have the best service.

The place needs serious renovations, and for being a proud sponsor of the nfl they only provided 2 games to watch on a Sunday afternoon. The server was amazing tho!

9/23, The cost for an appetizer and 2 meals was at an excellent price. Waitress was very nice! Food was good. You have a great staff!
At the bar, only one sitting here. I waited over 20 minutes for soup and salad lunch order and it wasn’t that busy but the table of 5 behind me was served quick. Fruit flys around the bar and smells like usual of wet or dingy clothes. This place sucks all around.

So this is too let off a little steam. We were delighted that they were open on a late night as we were driving through from Colorado. The menus were alive with all their specials and so "Happy Hour" apparently also runs from 9pm until close. We selected the 2 for $25 with an upgrade of $5 for a salmon dish. Inquired about the drink specials and I got a beer and my wife got a glass of white wine. Before placing the order she asked what the per glass price was for "Happy Hour". She was told $6 or $7 for a glass, so she asked for one. Later she took a refill of the wine. When the bill arrived we were surprised that we were charged $9 per glass, and asked our server to check on it. He returned and said that this was the correct price. As for my beer, the menu had listed prices as $3/$4/$5 for domestic/select domestic and imported. None of the menus contained any other prices for alcohol. When our server checked in with the manager on duty she said that is the price" and we cannot discount it! I countered with the fact that we were told one price and charged another! Again she insisted that it is "corporate" that handles all the pricing, specifically the lack of prices on the menus. We paid our bill but know that the 2 for $25 turned into over $60 with tip as they were not clear on their prices for alcohol. Is it deception or intentional by Applebee's? I do not know but we will never step foot again into one of these restaurants.

Went in tonight with my son and husband. Ella was our server and frankly she was the best waitress we’ve had since being in Amarillo the last 3 years. Prompt service, warm and friendly personality, and seemed genuinely happy to be there.
