I am a doorDash waiting for my clients food. My client ordered a fast delivery there is nobody in this restaurant except for coworkers maybe two or three guests sitting down at the bar. The other coworkers is talking on the phone and chitchatting with each other. I’ve been waiting for my client Food for almost an hour. I asked them how long would it take them to get The clients food done. They said it will be out in a second. well I’ve been longer than a second. You guys are costing me money and my time and I am we going report it to my boss about your website cause you are losing money too because the customers is buying food from your restaurant And paying extra, please do better

Wonder if place is going out of business. Reason is building and windows are grubby. Go inside, same thing. Place needs a power washer scrub down inside, out. Food was ok. Disappointed by them adding wheat into Alfredo sauce to save money. Server was good.

Took 25+ minutes just to get someone to take our drink order. All the silverware was dirty. An hour later, we were served cold food. It was warmed in the microwave and brought back out. It was a slow night, only about 6 tables at any given time. The manager was going in and out of the kitchen while eating. The restrooms were disgusting, with no handle or locks on the stalls. An employee was sitting in the restroom on the phone stating she was "just trying to get away." We were given to go boxes that were dirty. We had to ask for drink refills. Very sad! Used to be good food and service, but we will not be back!

If there were no stars, they would definitely get it. I made a huge mistake by ordering togo. I ordered a 6 and 8-ounce steak, one medium-rare and the other medium. Instead, I received one well-done and the other raw. I tried calling to speak to a manager, but I was on hold for almost 30 minutes before I decided to hang up. Never again! Order date 2/24/25

Upon arriving to the restaurant and being sat down, it was extremely cold in the restaurant. It’s like 10 degrees outside so you would think it would’ve been a tad warmer but 2 grown men with me were shivering. I’m a small woman so I get cold easily but when they were shivering, that was very telling. We were told that the heat was turned up all the way but when my husband went to use the restroom, there wasn’t air coming out of the vents or anything so he had to tell them. Upon leaving, we figured out that one of their front doors was cracked open/stuck and not closed all the way which could have contributed to the freezing temps inside. Applebees has my favorite spin dip so I was very disappointed when it came out watery. My husbands buffalo wings were cold. We both got the 4 cheese Mac n cheese, and the only thing “warm” was the chicken. Pretty sure they used like Alfredo sauce or something for the Mac n cheese because it was also really watery and didn’t really stick to the pasta. Our friend ordered a medium rare steak and it came out almost rare and still jiggly. He sent it back and it came out more seared but cooked pretty much the same so he ended up not finishing it and sent it back. There was hardly anyone in there and they were extremely slow and inattentive to guests and the manager didn’t even come over and check with our friend about his food nor did anyone offer to get him anything else. All in all - we decided we wouldn’t be back which is a shame because my husband and I love Applebees.

The whole restaurant give off a bad vibe ! The manger is really rude , she not be a manger! The staff is talking on their phones when ordering food and then they poorly handled situations, with their customers, their was a poor girl blocking her vehicle due to the manger forcing them to leave and calling the cops for no reason at all because she forgot her ID so sad that they lose business because I’m not going back there ! My food was cold and the service sucked and I really didn’t like how they treated that poor girl !
I didn't like the service they gave us, it took them a long time to bring the food, the waitress made a mistake in our orders, they didn't bring us the right thing, so terrible service, they should pay more attention to their employees.

Our waiter was Hayden. He was very accommodating and quick. Although the cooks need to be checking the food before sending it out. My fiesta lime chicken was RAW in the middle, and with the lighting, it was very hard to see it. Hayden was very apologetic and had it fixed as soon as we brought it to his attention. He was great and super polite. My food was fixed, but just to be safe be sure to check your food!

I would have given a zero rating if possible! Extremely poor customer service. We were there for New year's eve for dinner at the Apple bees's @ Soncy,Amarillo and was appalled at the poor management and horrendous customer service. I waited to be seated and addressed for 15 minutes. There were 3-4 servers including a bar server and nobody attended us and there hardly 3 tables occupied. Being tired of waiting I walked upto a server and she blatantly asked us to wait at the reception 🙄 even after 15 minutes nobody addressed us. I was so frustrated at the poor service skills that I walked out. NEVER EVER @ APPLEBEE'S AGAIN. TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO HANDLE THEIR CUSTOMERS BETTER. The least they could have done is to give us a table even if understaffed.
