The bar tender is jacking up the mixes drinks. Definitely not worth the price at all. Basically, drinking a frozen drink from Bahama bucks. No alcohol in it.

Food took forever to come out. By the time I got their "America's Favorite wings," they looked dry and unappealing. The best part of the meal was their Bacardi bucket. Other than that, I'll be enjoying dinner elsewhere.

Not sure how this place is still in business. The dining area literally stinks and is dirty, the customer service sucks, and you can hear the staff fighting in the kitchen area.

Bartender was Amazing,, Who also happened to be our Server! It was Obvious they were understaffed but we still took a chance. Huge Mistake! Waited for 35 min for both of our steaks to come back overcooked;which I was told was disputed by the obviously Untrained Cook,, and not only that,, took another 20 min to re-do my Med Rare steak which was wrong again! Not a Single Manager Came and checked, Apologized, or Recognised any Fault! Only thing that wasn't Trash was the Drinks and service! Management needs to step up instead of hiding behind their employees whom are Obviously doing their Job! Want Details,,, feel free to ask! 0 for Management and Cooks,,,, And we weren't the only ones with complaints! Do yourself a favor,,,, Eat ANYWHERE Else

Wait was going to be 30 to 45 minutes. I mean come on, it's Applebee's - the food just isn't that good to start with... It's certainly not worth waiting in line for.What's really baffling is there were 3 or 4 other families waiting, and at least 8 open tables. Come on guys, really?Went to Jorge's and got right in, and the food's always better there anyway.

I went in to eat with my kids everything was ok when I got my ticket I left a 15% tip which was $7.12 When I checked my I check my bank account statement they charged themselves $13. I dont know whats the point of writing in the tip if they are going to tip themselves what they want.
Applebee's isn't the same food was just not the same half cooked. I haven't been on years decided to go for the 14.99 all you can it was

Went there on all you can eat wings and shrimp night. The waiter got the order wrong right away. Wings weren't great, BBQ sauce was really thick on the wings. Garlic shrimp was the only highlight.

Amarillo location on Sauncy, went to have the All You Can Eat on Saturday, your commercials are so inviting, but the truth is that your food is horrible. My first order came out with 3 PCs of riblets, these were about 2"to 2 1/2" long. They had more sauce than meat, everything on the plate looked like it just tossed on, the portions were like kids meals! Come on Applebee's, an all you can eat at your place would take hours, not because your food is so good but because your reorders take forever and those finger size portions will never fill you up! People leave cuz they get tired of waiting....Needless to say, I won't recommend or eat at this place again!
