The fried chicken thighs are delicious and I usually eat white meat chicken. Fried mushrooms are home made not frozen. My sister had steak and she said it was good. I will eat there again.

Sat at bar ordered my food. Just seemed like I was just another stool there. It seemed they were more interested in visiting with coworkers than the customer.I like to be social when I sit at the bar.

It was everything we needed after a long day of driving, then connecting with a local friend for late lunch/early dinner. The booth was quiet enough so we could converse without difficulty. Our server (I failed to get her name) was excellent. She was friendly, checked on us throughout without hovering, was just a delight. We were there on. Sunday afternoon from about 3:40 till 5 pm. Our drinks were good, nicely priced. Our food was very good, prepared well. I had the grilled Salmon - was cooked perfectly. The rice with it was good, but not great. Had a Caesar salad as my other side - crisp and fresh. My table mates ordered a cheeseburger and the other the white fish with broccoli. The burger he rated as good, the onion rings as ok. The white fish and broccoli he rated as good, but only while warm. He did take the leftovers to reheat for later vs leaving it behind. Overall, I'd go again as the menu had something for every taste, the place was comfortable, clean and good service.

Steakhouse equivalent of fast food. You don’t come here because it’s good, you come here because it’s fast and cheap. Food isn’t fresh (tasted like frozen box food) and the server would not leave my family alone to eat in peace.There are better options in town for a steakhouse.

I underestimated my overall dining experience when I entered the restaurant. It has a pretty generic decor, booth or table type restaurant. We ordered drinks, my lime margarita with patron was good sized and yummy. My husband enjoyed his unsweet tea. We both ordered side salads with blue cheese dressing and I had a 6 oz filet medium rare and he an 8oz medium filet. Mine with fresh broccoli and his with a loaded baked potato. We got our drinks in timely fashion. Our salads arrived before the meal, which is what we enjoy. They were a good sized portion, and pretty loaded for just a side salad. The dressing was on the side without even asking. After the salads, our mains arrived. We both thoroughly enjoyed our steaks. Honestly, they were some of the best steaks we've eaten in a restaurant and we travel for a living. My broccoli was definitely fresh and also crispy tender. My husband had no complaints on his loaded potato. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised. Our service was great and I do recommend! We will be back when we travel out this way again!

This was my first trip to Aspen Creek and I cannot complain about anything. I got a chicken fried steak and everything was great. Our waitress was wonderful. The entire experience was pleasant and stress free.
It breaks my heart to say this but almost worst steak I've ever had!!!! Even the one I burnt on my grill. This was my go to for a really good cheap but my wife called in my usual order tonight and it came back not at all what wanted and very sad burnt nasty tasting crap steak wanted medium 10 sirloin, charged for 10oz sirloin given beyond well done flank plus baked potato turned into mashed potatoes? So sad, I really am hating to talk bad of this place but it's the second worst steak I've ever had in my life

I only come to Aspen Creek rarely, I was here about 3 months ago and the food was great which made me want to come today. I ordered the Sirloin & ribs garlic butter on the side, potatoe soufflé, and greenbeans. My husband had the steak Kabobs.I asked for my steak to be well done no pink!! (Yes I eat mines well, my teeth work great) anywho, the meal came and I cut into my steak and it was more medium well, I sent it back to be cooked a smidgen longer I was also given rice and elotes!! The server apologized and brought the correct sides for me while they finished my steak.Well the steak came again and it was still pink! I literally cut it in small pieces and left it on the table.The server never bothered to ask is this better for you or anything just dropped it off and left. I'm sure she noticed I didn't even bother to touch it. She came back later to ask if we needed a to go box!!Needles to say it will definitely be awhile if I even ever return!! Wasted my money!
