Tried to give us burnt peperoni pretzels we asked for ones that weren't burnt blck and she ignored my gf 4 times rude disrespectful and started being rude to her for asking for new ones other than the two females being nasty disrespectful the other workers were wonderful
I always like to get a pretzel when I go to the mall, Auntie Anne’s feels like a staple in the mall experience. The people here are so kind and always on top of their game. I went today and got a freshly made cinnamon sugar pretzel and a watermelon lemonade, both were so good. The lady at the register was so kind it really made my day! I really love the people here, I couldn’t recommend them more

I went Auntie Anne’s for the first time and I was very pleased with how everything went. I wasn’t sure what to order, but Saydi was able to help me pick the cinnamon nuggets. They were very fresh and soft. Thank you to the sweet staff that run this location!!
My husband and I went by an hour before they closed and they didn't have any products except for 1 plain pretzel, and refused to make more. We continued through the mall and 20 minutes before they were supposed to close, we walked by to leave and all of the employees were sitting in the back on their phones... (03•22•24)(we got there at 6:50 and left at 7:40)
