Have tried for a month and a half to get a cappuccino blast… They are always out of the concentrate and they always said that they are waiting on the delivery truck.. Found out that the owners are always cutting the delivery orders in half…. Plus, I’ve been told too that their store is a small store and they don’t always get delivery trucks…. What a way to do business…. Please keep up the excellent work, hope they can stay in business….. I’ll never go back…..
Always closed before their hours say. Every time I try to go its a goast town. So sad.
Tried calling the store for several times. All in all I spent over 10 minutes calling them so I wouldn’t waste gas. Wound up having my time wasted instead. You should probably train your staff that if the phone is ringing constantly to answer the line. You left me frustrated and lost a customer for life. My time is valuable to me, and clearly it is not valuable to you.
Minor update: Got frustrated enough to where I kept calling until I got a response. Wound up hearing nothing by the *brrrr*. You would think after hearing the phone ring for 20 minutes you would answer. Great customer service. You deserve to go out of business if this is how things are ran. I will continue to call until close. It’s now only 8:02 as of this update. I will update at 9. Let’s see how awful your customer service really is.
Second Update: Drove to the store and asked directly if they answer the phone. Your staff member rudely told me that the phone does not wring on their end. If that’s the case you need to remove your number off of your posting. Either way I doubt that to be the case at all. I know how phone service operates as I set that up for a living. They either have the volume turned down entirely or leave the phone off of the receiver. I will be reporting your business post to Google as it violates the terms and conditions that you signed with them. Have a good day. Glad I only tried calling until 8:15.
My son and I went to try this establishment for the first time there’s a random unclear note on door says lobby closed use drive through only I went to open door to ask if flavors for baskin robins was on drive through menu and the lady with short dark hair screamed at me across the lobby and some man I think the manager yelled at me at the door telling me I had to go around to drive through well guess what Braum’s was welcoming and polite and that’s solves my issue of ever wanting to try basking robins again I never will go back. Almost think they close the lobby so they don’t have to work or clean tables which is crappy I wanted to sit down and eat with my son I would not recommend this place to anyone not ever I don’t respect poor service and ugly behavior towards customers
The ice cream is good however, what is wrong with the staff? When asked why all of the chairs are on the tables, the woman with all of the piercings in her face replies that she would prefer that nobody uses the dining area but she won’t judge us if we do. It’s also a little weird that the door to the outside dining area has a sign on it saying that it’s out of order. What is going on there and yes, I put chairs down for my family to sit on. I do not care if you judge me.

I came in to ask for a birthday cake. Therefore, the girl standing on the front named Mia….was being very unprofessional and not willingly to help me out at all. I don’t know what her deal is, but she needs to be nicer to the customers the way she approached with her communication skills. On the other hand, Kennedy was very helpful and nice.Manager, please train the your employee with better manners in Oder to serve the business better!!!

They were out of key ingredients for cold items.
I had tried ordering online 48 hrs in advance for a specialty birthday cake. The order would not go through, so the next day I tried calling 3 times. The phone just rang and rang but no-one ever answered. So the day of the birthday I took off work early to go get a cake. I found one that would work in the cooler, but wanted a side of fudge (I was willing to pay extra on top of the $48 for the cake. The lady goes over to the fudge machine and pulls up fudges and pours it back into the container. She then say sorry we don't have any fudge. I say I saw some, I will take what you have. She said no because she only have fudge for sundays. I ask do you not have more? She answered yes I do but I would have to open a new can and I am not going to do that. I was very mad and took the cake back to the cooler and was walking out. The other lady says loudly "If you want a specialty cake you have to call 24hrs in advance. I turned and politely explained I tried to order 48hrs in advance on line and I tried to call 24hrs ago 3 times. The lady flippantly stated our phones have not worked all week. Ok, all I want is fudge to go with the cake. None of the 3 ladies said anything, so I left. I went down the road to Braums and had a wonderful experience with a very nice store manager who worked hard to get me what he had to make the birthday celebration.
This is my second and LAST time ordering through Uber Eats! I ordered prepacked quarts both times. This time, I ordered 4 Mint Chocolate Chip and this is what I received. I will not order from here again.

I ordered from here three times in a row tonight through uber eats trying to get butter pecan ice cream. They kept sending pralines n cream each time. The driver even ask them the last time if they were sure it was butter pecan and they said yes. Out three different tips also because it wasn't the drivers fault
Friendly staff. One girl was training new staff and she managed to take care of us well, and teach her recruit well.
