I came in to ask for a birthday cake. Therefore, the girl standing on the front named Mia….was being very unprofessional and not willingly to help me out at all. I don’t know what her deal is, but she needs to be nicer to the customers the way she approached with her communication skills. On the other hand, Kennedy was very helpful and nice.Manager, please train the your employee with better manners in Oder to serve the business better!!!

I ordered from here three times in a row tonight through uber eats trying to get butter pecan ice cream. They kept sending pralines n cream each time. The driver even ask them the last time if they were sure it was butter pecan and they said yes. Out three different tips also because it wasn't the drivers fault

Said they were open until, but they locked the doors right after 8 and were laughing when I tried to open doors. We traveled from our of town and won't be stopping here ever again

Every time we come here there is some sort of problem with the employees. This time they couldn't give me a quart of the ice cream I get every time I go. Made it sound like it was an issue if not having the right tub to put it in, but was extremely rude about it and refused to help us out in any way or just simply use different bowls/tubs to do the exact same thing. Something that is on the menu. Just a continuing ongoing management problem that they don't seem able to fix. Didn't get my business today and will not any longer in the future. Update: went to the one off of Soncy and they were WONDERFUL, did exactly what the other store wouldn't do for us and had great customer service as well.

Baskin Robbins did a great custom ice cream cake ordered online and easily picked up in drive-thru. Also had a pretty good cold brew with sweet cold foam from the combined Dunkin’ while there.

Must be poor management. No longer have cookies or brownies, were out of bananas, then we try to order sundaes they were out of strawberry ice cream. So I ask if they can just use vanilla ice cream, and add the strawberry toppings and they tell me they don’t have that either. ??♀️ They also weren’t very friendly, and then at the end when we went to get the order they gave us the fudge sundae we ordered but forget to give me my ice cram cone.
