Service was phenomenal. Big portion plate. Got the GRIZZ breakfast order. Orange juice is from the source, fresh squeezed. Overall, it was a great experience. Convenient for truck drivers since is inside the TA.

Horrible! Totally incompetent service. Slow to seat me after I came in. Had to ask for water several times. Coffee was stale. Food was so-so. Servers seemed more interested in talking to other customers than doing anything for me. I do NOT recommend this dump. Eat somewhere else.

Worst restaurant
To star manager Mr Ortiz manager of 10/5/24 pm shift, we waited 20 min for table then table given and waiter instead of greeting she told my husband were he is been sitting took menu requested and 25 min after told us there no fish and we have to reorder already 45 min. We reorder
They bring the plate with out the ingredients
that already 60 min. We call manager and took 15 min to show up and instead of apologize he just made excuses for all de delays, mistakes, and I care of service. I do not recommend this restaurant you will not be treated with respect is like they doing a favor serving you. They worry to much about cleaning tables and living early then customers. By 945 they also turn you away. Worst management Ever that reflects on every thing else.

Dear Black Bear, please expand and put one in every single truck stop in America. Sincerely every hungry truck driver in America. The food is amazing. The price is reasonable and the service is amazing. We just ate at the one in Amarillo and are super excited to get good food coming back into a truckstop. Thank you.

I came in and selest greeted me with a big smile and took great care of me she has a very good positive healthy attitude. Selest recommended the salmon and it tasted amazing. Very great customer service I will definitely be back!

We have previously eaten at The Black Bear Restaurant in Medford, OR while visiting family and the food was very good as well as the service & environment! So we thought this location would be just as good… however we were so wrong! Would never recommend this place to anyone! Sorry for the negative review!

Breakfast was good. STAY AWAY from the clam chowder, OMG it looked horrible. The girl brought me a bowl, my facial expression must of been priceless because after looking at me she said that's clam chowder. The color itself was sick looking, stirred it with a spoon and it looked so watered down that I sent it back. Was asked if I wanted the other soup. Noooooo.

Waitress didnt tell me of the 2.99 upcharge to switch out my slaw, didnt tell me it was 2.99 to add a toast, and the sweet tea is over 3$. Manager agreed to refund me a few dollars but then told me I shouldve read the menu.. NEVER AGAIN!

Food wasn’t cooked properly they served us raw steak and shrimp. They didn’t offer to replace our food after telling management she looked more confused than anything. However they did not charge us.
