The sever was the best in the business. The food came out quickly even after the restaurant was full with large tables( 20+). Food was amazing as always and my mother said it was the best chicken fried stake she had in years. Of course we took away a to go box.
Showed up on a Tuesday (9/2) and was greeted by a smiling waitress (Destiny) with a good attitude, which was much needed after a long day of driving. She promptly got me my drink and took my order. I ordered a cup of chili and a taco salad. Little did I know, I had just ordered the best taco salad I’d ever eaten. Not to throw shade on the chili, which was great too, but something about this taco salad hit the spot. Could’ve been the generous amount of meat or the spicy jalapeños....
Always love Black Bear but this one was better than usual! My server Natasha did a great job making sure my experience from food to service went great! Hot food, cold water. Couldn’t ask for more!
