Stumbled upon this place on my GF app as I was spending one night in Amarillo from dallas! The owners were so sweet & talked me through what is gluten free and wheat free. Newly wheat free due to a severe allergy. The brownie and cookies are so GOOD!! I will be back when I come to town again!

I’ve been here a few times. Their vegan options are all gluten free as well. Generally, I am not into the texture of GF baked goods, so I’ve actually been really surprised at how good their food is at not tasting too GF. In fact the Pecan Bar doesn’t taste GF at all. Highly recommended.

Always super friendly and always recommend to friends and family. Always answers any questions about gluten free options and make sure needs are met. I love trying something new everytime I go, and keto pies in a cup are a go to for me. Every other season there is a new flavor too. Definitely recommend!

I work with the public and a customer I waited on told me about this place that I was so excited to visit but after visiting the website I am very disappointed that there is no mention of sugar free treats for us diabetics. I’m going to a family birthday party and as always I can’t enjoy the goodies and was looking forward to having my own sugar free dessert.

The sopapilla cheesecake was da bomb! I also had the oatmeal cream pie and brownie, and all of them were so delicious 😋 I loved finding the origami paper crane in my treat box, too! Friendly people and some great tasting goodies! Next time I come to Amarillo, this will be one of the places I come to first.

We stop by this amazing little bakery any time we are on 6th. The different keto options are my favorite! Always great service and so friendly. Definitely recommend stopping by and trying at least one or a few of their sweet treats. Love love love!

I travel to Amarillo for work about 6 times a year and discovered Blue Crane on my first visit. Not only is it a non-chain, homemaker, personalized bakery experience, they also offer a solid variety of baked goods for special diets. Beinf able to grab a snickerdoodle whoopee pie for my T2 diabetic best friend while also indulging in a savory green chili and cheese muffin has become a major perk of my trips. The owner and family take pride in what they make and you can tell in the consistency and flavor. My only gripe is that they don't exist in Fort Worth. If you're in need of or craving a treat in Amarillo you're definitely missing out if you don't stop here.
I dread the day I no longer have work to bring me to Amarillo, because I'll miss out on this deliciousness. If you're a diabetic, keto, or vegan they've got you covered! Definitely worth the drive down historic 66.
