We came in about an hour before close and the staff were very welcoming. The food was fabulous. Delicious burger and my daughter loved her chicken sandwich. The tots were good too. Lots of tea flavors and several types of ketchup. The atmosphere was very laid back and casually fun. Great local spot and definitely recommend if your in Amarillo.

The burgers are hot, fresh, and delicious, and it has quickly become our favorite places to go when we're wanting to go out for burgers. They also make a darn good Philly Cheese Steak, and their Fried Mushrooms are amazing too.
Ask for well done if you don’t like medium pink because that’s how they’ll serve it. Pink. Otherwise great place .

Can't go wrong at Blue Sky. They have the best tots in town, and their burgers are pretty darn good, too. Restaurant is always clean, even when busy, and staff is always friendly. Service is quick and they have the best buns in town!
The food was amazing and the service without a doubt was amazing we were attended by the worker that goes by the name Eric loya great and amazing guy managers should definetly see this review and give him a raise

Usually have great food. Not this time. Fries were cold and the chicken fried steak is nothing more than a chicken fried hamburger patty. Substandard. I think it may have been pre-battered. Not hand dipped. Should not call it a CFS.

Having two pink burgers and being told that “they normally leave some pink but the one I shown them may have been a little extreme” but next time ask for no pink and they’ll do better is laughable. Stomach aches before even leaving the restaurant! Over priced for average quality of food! Avoid coulter location. Never had any issues on I40 but definitely won’t be going back!
