So tonight I did something weird: I bought two hamburgers. Not because I’m starting a new diet (though I am open to it), but because I’m not from Amarillo and I was on a mission—find the best burger in town.
The contenders? Blue Sky (BS) and Buns Over Texas (BOT). Both got a plain, no-frills burger because I’m a purist. Also because I needed to taste the burger, not the personality of whoever slathered...

I love bluesky the people that work there they are amazing hard worker's I would recommend bluesky to any one in the world I think the owner is an amazing person to have such a good business
