First of all. They just put braums sauce for the customers. Everytime I go there there is no braum sauce. the customer service is rude. There’s roaches all over the back near the food area. Place needs to be shut down immediately. and it’s not a place to ever work there they apparently don’t like snitches. Not snitching if you’re not getting treated fairly and try to go to the manager/boss. and the boss did nothing about it. that’s not how a manager is soppose to do. manager/boss name is RENA. Not a good boss at all needs to be fired. AMY is an employee and has no authority to tell another employee what to do. Or make them do there job. Or chores.

Usually I go thru the drive thru for dinner, stay is always polite and the food comes out fast and fresh! Highly recommend!

They were very rude.I asked to go wash out my daughter's bottle and they told me.I could not and as I was leaving, they told me not to come back.Customer service was horrible I thought braums was supposed to be a place where you can go sit and have fun with your kids this is bull

Very small portions, non customer friendly attitude, the atmosphere was like, "we don't care if you buy our product". The environment at night, is not safe.
