Went through the drive thru shortly after 10pm on a Wednesday night and ordered 2 Double bacon cheeseburger combos. Got to the window as the employee was getting ready to tell me the amount but before they could say anything I asked if they could repeat my order and as soon as they said double cheeseburger I mentioned that I ordered bacon double cheeseburgers and they told me they put bacon and cheese on every burger. Well let me tell ya ... that's not true. Got home and both patties were cold without any bacon on my burger!!!!. I usually give them great reviews but this time was not taken care of. I called but they were closing so nothing could be done tonight. But then the Manager I guess tells me I must bring back the burger tomorrow!!!! Mind you I have my receipt. I'm just furious now. So I'm just gonna go hungry for the night? WTH

Ordered 2 burgers, 1 was a meal and the other wasn't. I also ordered extra fries. Didn't get them. I also said no veggies on both burgers. Mine has the veggies.The kid who took my order also slammed the window closed in my face when I asked him about the other order of fries.I won't be ordering from here again.

I worked at Braums ice cream when I was 16 years old, as one of my first jobs in highschool! I'm 36 now, wow 20 years ago, and the restaurant, atmosphere, and food has not changed a bit! I still order a # 1 with cheese large with a large mint chocolate chip shake. So good and not so expensive! I often take my 9 year old son here for ice cream cones. Also the banana splits are perfect if your on a date and you want to share a dessert ?!Kid-friendliness: Has the best ice cream ? flavor selection in town! Dozens of flavors to choose from. Kids love picking their favorite flavors from inside, we're they can see it get scooped and made!

My family and myself stopped here for lunch this afternoon and the young man (young man with the braces) that took our order was super polite and verified our order. The place was super clean.
Store was filthy, no one spoke to me when I entered, even when I went to the counter to order. The girl just looked at me until I ordered.

The food tastes good & I love the ice cream but I get agitated that many places have shrunk the size of the products (hamburgers) & upped the price & think you are not supposed to notice the difference. Bruams in Texas is a disgrace specially in Amarillo Texas! Since moving here I hate eating Braums and it was my only go to back in Oklahoma! Guess I shall call the corporate office. Either improve your servies and food or close your stores!
