Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

This morning at this location they were unable to take cash payments. We did not have enough money on our cards to cover the total. The guy, Mathew, working the drive thru window covered our total. He really saved the day.

The staff are always very friendly. Service is great.

Went through drive thru to grab a burger- the food was great and fresh, the guy working the drive through was quick, efficient, and so friendly- even with my dogs being a lot because of the excitement of fries

Don't buy ice at this place. Bacteria spreads quickly in your drink. The employees fill up the bags and don't wear gloves. They open the bag with their unclean hands spread the germs and bacteria while filling the bag with ice. The cashier's also touch the top of the bag because it's not sealed completely. It's sealed with a string leaving an open gap on top of the bag. Their dirty hands end up touching the unsealed ice while scanning the bag. So unsanitary. I ended up getting sick. I am calling the health department. Care about your customers Braums!

Wanted a late night treat so see decided to stop in. Service was friendly & fast. The ice cream was delicious!

This place was nasty the people looked like they never wash their clothes the cook was dressed nasty looked like a mechanic food every where my frys were half cooked the manager was like they came from the same bag I told her wood u eat this she said no

One of the best places to go for good food and great dessert. Clean and comfortable with a little grocery store too! Love going here!

I can confirm that the banana split and the three-cheese cheeseburger are both top-notch.

I took my granddaughter to the one on western north of I40. Help was good, it was clean and the ice cream and fries were great. But the best part for me is that the temperature was comfortable. Usually, at the two closest to my house are so cold I can barely eat a hamburger and never ice cream. Those are the one on Soncy and on Coulter.

First time visiting a Braum's. Good food for reasonable price. Unique place with the market inside, including fresh produce. Great idea!

Gentleman working there pet a dog a lady had inside the store. Tried to kindly let him know that isn’t something to do in food service as he was checking me out in the grocery section. I think that’s a fine. :( He got very rude and argumentative with me and told me it wasn’t that serious. I was just trying to help him out. I just now left the store. Won’t be back.

American fast food at its best! Friendly service, attentive and polite. Fresh salad choices for healthy options. We had grilled chicken salad and the garden salad. Package dressing choices are diverse. Chicken salad comes with a cottage cheese side. We added one to the garden salad for a dollar. An elderly woman with Grandma name tag roamed around picking up your trash and providing friendly entertaining conversation. I had a double dip ice cream cone after salad. The praline pecan and pistachio almond are delicious. Bathroom was clean. Atmosphere and parking lot felt safe.
