Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Gentleman working there pet a dog a lady had inside the store. Tried to kindly let him know that isn’t something to do in food service as he was checking me out in the grocery section. I think that’s a fine. :( He got very rude and argumentative with me and told me it wasn’t that serious. I was just trying to help him out. I just now left the store. Won’t be back.

American fast food at its best! Friendly service, attentive and polite. Fresh salad choices for healthy options. We had grilled chicken salad and the garden salad. Package dressing choices are diverse. Chicken salad comes with a cottage cheese side. We added one to the garden salad for a dollar. An elderly woman with Grandma name tag roamed around picking up your trash and providing friendly entertaining conversation. I had a double dip ice cream cone after salad. The praline pecan and pistachio almond are delicious. Bathroom was clean. Atmosphere and parking lot felt safe.

Best place for ice cream

The service here is lousy. Rarely do you see a restaurant visibly annoyed by the presence of a customer, but I've finally visited this place for the last time after I was ignored at the counter for three minutes. I wasn't even greeted or told "I'll be right with you." Restaurants fail on either service or food and, I gotta be tell you, the food ain't that good. Management needs to teach their employees 1) a sense of urgency, 2) how to properly greet customers and 3) general politeness. This is a really low bar for being in the quick-service restaurant industry.

The store was very clean, and service was prompt and very courteous! I had a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese. It was made fresh and was absolutely delicious! Great experience!
