Delish frys were hot when I got them. Tasty burger and of course topped in off with a banana chocolate sundae, yum

Alice was so sweet! Handled our order professionally and had the best bubbly personality! Definitely will be back! She was amazing!

You would think that Braum's would carry single milk jugs for single use, but they didn't. So I had to order a cup of milk at the ice cream and food counter. Not a big deal, but we were in a pinch and my little one needed braum's milk because she has lactose issues.

Great staff and food. Very pleased. I always get a mint chocolate chip malt and it was awesome.

I like the burgers

I've been coming to Amarillo for over 25 years and Braum's is my go to ice cream appt. After a stressful day of traveling or hanging out with in-laws. I've had other stuff but I go to the ice cream and so should you!

To the young lady working the front on December 17th at 5:40pm. Thank you for being super sweet and helping me get the paper bags I needed for my students. I'm honestly so sorry my request got you in trouble. No one deserves to be publically reprimanded for kindness. I hope your night improved and was wonderful!!

To the woman (pretty sure it was the manager) who stopped working window in the middle of a rush just to make a big deal about it, I've got two words for you......do better. The whole situation was SUPER unprofessional, your customers should not be witnessing you send someone to reprimand a coworker in the front of the whole store. No one deserves to be PUBLICALLY embarrassed or shamed for a mistake. I honestly, wish I could give you a one star review and the rest of the crew a five stars.

Fresh food. Excellent milk. Burgers, Burritos. So good.

Order was totally wrong. Went through the drive through and had multiple issues with being charged for the wrong burgers and not giving the gravy or braums sauce. Then the actual burgers had the wrong toppings. I called and the manager Katrina was very very rude and dismissive. Saying I didn’t get charged for the gravy so that’s why the container wasn’t filled. But I would’ve paid for a full cup. I intended to pay for a side of gravy. Stay away from this braums and this manager needs to get a reality check

Our drive thru experience was amazing! The guy working the window had superb customer service. So kind. Smiling. Using manners and made us smile. Believe his name tag said “De” per our kiddo. I looked for his name on the receipt but it wasn’t there. Regardless, he was awesome and we will return to this location.
