I fw braums everytime

The way Braums packages ICE is unsanitary. Bacteria spreads quickly! I've noticed that the employees handling money grab the top of the bag and put their dirty hands on top of the bag where they touch the ice because the string doesn't close the bag completely. They don't even use gloves when they open the bag to put the ice in. Their dirty hands open the bag spreading bacteria to the ice. I experienced this first hand because I got sick after consuming the ice. Braums, make your employees wear gloves, clean the scoop and container and train your employees to not put their dirty hand on the ice when they are scanning the bag at the cash register. I am thinking of reporting this to the health department.

Inexpensive and high quality ice cream and frozen yogurt. It is extremely rare to get both. I love Braums!

Most of the time when I go to braums it's an amazing service but today was not so amazing. Usually when I go i ask for butter and strawberry jam at the first window they tell me to tell the lady at the second window, well today I decided to go ahead and ask the lady at the second window for the jam and butter and bypass the first window and she was very rude and said next time ask the first window. I'm not sure if she's having a bad day but maybe not throw stuff in bag like she did and maybe not be so rude, she may get somewhere with the company!!!!

The “manager” said her name was Debbie but her name tag said desi? Tell me why my little brother deserves to be yelled at and dirty looks for asking for a sauce up and his cup to be filled all the way? She then proceeded to be argumentative and ignore us as I asked her what was wrong is she good did we do something? No sorry so smile just angry and rude? This woman is ridiculous and not fit for customer service let alone a manager ?? Something needs to be done because that’s insane

Seriously what kind of cherry limeade is this.

Desi said that is how the cherry limeade are. Definitely weird cause we got one 3 days ago and it looked red and way better.

Desi the shift manager has limited customer service skills(aka....not polite or gives a crap) Went 8.21.2025 at 9.20am for breakfast.

Desi appears to not like her job or customers.

Use to like this Braums but Desi has made me despise this Braums.

Ordered a frozen yogurt in a cone and hunny ordered a Black Forest sundae. The lady wiped her mouth with her hands and without gloves or washing her hands, proceeded to make my cone. I tried to get her attention to stop her because I no longer wanted the cone she was making with her nasty unwashed hands but she didn’t hear me, she started making my husband’s sundae touching the brownie with those same unclean hands without gloves and he definitely got her attention and stopped her and I gave back the cone and we left. Will not return!

Great ice cream sundays

Place the order n the pulled up n there was no one at the first window so we pulled up to the second window, we got our food n one drink n the lady at the window was all trying to get us to leave, n we told her that we are still missing n drink, she then proceed to say in a rude way, well she making it so your gonna have to wait, we got the other drink eventually n left. Not the best servers. Won't be going back to this braums.
