I went in the drive thru today after dealing with the flu, I ordered my usual #2 with an umsweet tea and they tank in service, no lettuce, no tomatoes, barely any ketchup, I only get an hour for lunch so I couldn't come back and complain. No kind of service recovery. Service was crap.

Here are my chicken strips in the chicken dinner!! They were more like nuggets..this by far was the worst..the fries are usually the best..but not this time!! I know we are getting less foe our money in the current economy..but come on!

Ice cream tasted gooey and not fresh. They were out of six flavors and confusion seem to take over the evening staff as they wondered around while the night manager loudly tried to gain control of his staff. Where have all the good ones gone.

Just went thru the drive thru, ordered my turtle Sunday with extra toppings, got home to eat Sunday and it is not a turtle Sunday and it has hardly any toppings at all!!! Every time I go here they fail!

Came for a late night icecream, I got 4 sundaes for me and my family. The teen workers were slacking off and barely put any effort into the sundaes. The sundaes were supposed to be double dip but I got a half ass half of it. Then they forgot my other order after I corrected them so I went in to ask and they even lacked on making that one. If a manager is reading this, find out who was working at this time of night and get them out of there. You had all those employees but they weren’t even doing a thing.

I did not eat, I just came in to purchase a few groceries and some ice cream. They have a good selection of grocery items so I don't have to go to a big grocery store and the ice cream is so good!

Young teen doing the front ice cream counter had his personal drink sitting near the glass of the ice cream and drinking it in front of customers. Teen workers seem scattered and running over each other. Food was alright.
